(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service is requesting public assistance to locate missing 30-year-old Elaine Neyra. She was last seen August 13 leaving her residential neighbourhood in Conroy Road and Johnston Road around 4:30 pm.
Elaine is described as a Hispanic woman, approximately 5’9” (175 cm), very slim build, with short naturally curly dark brown hair and brown eyes. She has a crown tattoo on her left hand with the word ‘Queen’ written beneath it. She also ha a scar on the top of her right hand from a recent surgery. (photos attached)
Her family is concerned for her safety.
Anyone with information about the current whereabouts of Elain Neyra is asked to call the Ottawa Police at 613-236-1222.
