And sadly there will be no extra criminal charges laid for killing her 7 mth preborn baby either. Which is wrong IMO given how far along she was. Anyone in Canada can go up to fully pregnant woman and kick her pregnant belly, shoot her belly ,stab her, or whatever to kill her preborn and they will never see a criminal charge for doing that or do time for it regardless of how far along she is.
They would only receive a charge for assaulting the woman.

CRIME HUNTER: Six Nations murder mystery
"We understand that on the surface it may seem that there are some similarities… Right now, we are treating the Middlesex Centre investigation as a stand-alone investigation and will continue to work with the Six Nations police as all the deceased are from their community,” OPP Const. Max Gomez told the Free Press in November.

So far, one woman, Kirsten Bomberry, 36, of Six Nations has been charged with three counts of accessory after the fact.

Kirsten Bomberry, 36, of Six Nations has been charged with three counts of accessory after the fact in connection with a triple murder outside of London, Ont., in November. Facebook)
"Bomberry also has a troubled history.

As a young crack-addicted prostitute in Hamilton, she was convicted of manslaughter in the 2003 stabbing death of Emil Uiuiu, a 25-year-old Romanian immigrant.

A violent date that went off the rails. She got six years.

Bomberry is an aside.

Elsewhere, heartbroken friends and family left in the wake of the unbearable tragedy in Middlesex Centre are longing for answers — and justice."

so we still don't know who killed them or maybe it's her but all they can charge her for so far is accessory because that's all she admitted to?

Family members of triple homicide victims appeal to public for help with case
"Family members of three people slain in what police describe as a triple homicide are appealing to the public for help in solving the case.

Relatives issued a video through the Ontario Provincial Police in which they say the pain of losing loved ones is eclipsed by knowing a killer is still at large."

"Investigators also said the grey Chevrolet pickup truck found with the bodies was stolen, but declined to share when or from where it had been taken.

Linda Porter called on members of the public to help restore some peace to the trio's grieving relatives.

"If anybody out there can help us bring some kind of closure, please," she said.

Provincial police echoed the family's appeal and said a tip line is in place for anyone with information to offer on the case."

3 charged in triple homicide in southern Ontario
“Today, we are able to bring some element of resolution to the families and a community that experienced a horrific crime in 2018,” said OPP Supt. Catherine Yeandle-Slater, while a large crowd of family members and the wider Six Nations community looked on.

But after that, the police wouldn’t say much else.

What the OPP and Six Nations police did reveal was that they have charged Nicholas Shipman, 36, with three counts of second-degree murder, Thomas Bomberry, 30, with two counts of second-degree murder, and Jamie Beaver, 32, with one count of second degree murder."

“We would all like to thank every detective out there that’s been on this case working endless hours to help with a charge,” said Amber Porter, who added Six Nations Indigenous Services has helped them through their sorrow."

'Gruesome' 2018 triple homicide stoked divisions, fear: Families | Toronto Sun
''A sentencing hearing Thursday was another step toward healing for grieving relatives of three Six Nations of the Grand River members killed in 2018
An agreed statement of facts says that on, Nov. 4, 2018 , near London, hunters discovered a stolen grey 2006 Chevrolet Silverado with three bodies wrapped in blankets, bound with cords and covered by a tent in the bed of the truck. The bodies were of Melissa Trudi Miller, 37, who was seven months pregnant, Alan Porter, 33, and Michael Jamieson, 32.''

''Post mortem examinations revealed Miller died of multiple stab wounds to the chest. Porter died of “multiple sharp force trauma” to his neck and chest, and Jamieson died after being shot in the chest.

All died in the late evening of Oct. 29, 2018, or early morning of the next day at a trailer owned by Kirsten Bomberry on Fourth Line Road in Ohsweken.''
