Found Deceased Canada- Paul Daly, 54, Toronto, 8 April 2021 *arrest*

Awww, rest in peace, Paul. I like Paul. He seems like a friendly, laid back dude. I looked at his FB accts which show what appears to be a calm-mannered, caring, really nice guy. He doesn't seem violent or controversial in any way nor does it appear he has any serious mental health/substance abuse issues that might have put him in the way of harm. He appears to care for folks when he wishes them happy b-day or holiday, when those roll around. I wonder how he knew the suspect, Tenn? Did he even know Tenn? I don't see CMT listed among Paul's 156 FB friends. What went wrong here? I hope more details will be released soon.
Ten lives in the same building

Tenn lives in the same building as Paul.
Could you provide a source? I've only seen one concerned neighbor's post.

I haven't found any social media accounts for the suspect.

Toronto Police Service :: News Release #49682

He (the suspect) is scheduled to attend College Park Court on Monday, April 19, 2021, room 501 at 10 a.m.

I wonder if the police found evidence of foul play in Paul's home. Or perhaps they have the suspect on surveillance taking his body out.
Tenn lives in the same building as Paul.

I haven’t found anything either. I know people who live there. Tenn is definitely a resident although it wasn’t mentioned in the news release I think others must be involved There’s a lot of shady people living in that building

Does the van photo look like it was taken by a security camera? Perhaps at his apartment building? If so, they could have the perp on camera loading Paul's body and driving off. I imagine the building having more cameras. There could have been accomplices but they would have been arrested as well if caught on surveillance.

The van photo definitely looks like a security photo I’ve heard that some of the cameras in the building aren’t the greatest so maybe they couldn’t get clear images. Also heard that Paul’s door was kicked in not long before he went missing and some rumours that there may have been an issue with him being bullied by someone in the building

Still haven’t found Paul. Someone in that building other than this Tenn guy knows what’s happened to him. Lots of rumours about arguments with other tenants but no one is talking.

This is where the photo in the article was taken (van found in the area). It's about 3km from the apartments.

According to MSM Paul was last seen in the Woodbine Avenue and O’Connor Drive area. This is the apartment building at that location:

Yes. This is building where both he and Tenn lives. There’s rumours that there was some kind of a dispute with some of the less desirable tenants. I think Tenn is involved but I don’t think he’s the only one. There’s always a little truth in the gossip

There were some changes in the timeline. The first police press release (April 15) stated that he was last seen on Thursday April 8. The second (the one with the van photo) gave April 2 as the day he went missing. According to the latest article, quoting court documents, his body was removed from his apartment between April 5 and 14. That's quite a wide time frame. Does it mean that they don't have the perp on camera wheeling Paul out of the building? Perhaps there's an eyewitness that can't pinpoint the exact date?

I think the date was originally based off when people in the building could recall last seeing paul but the date was quickly changed after the security camera footage was viewed I’ve also heard that some of the cameras aren’t the best quality so I’m guessing some of the images were not the greatest. Paul was having problems with a few people associated with Tenn in the building but no one is talking. I still feel like Tenn was enlisted to help get rid of the body but that others are responsible for his death. Either way I hope his body is found and those responsible do not get away with this

I'm surprised that in such a big building people get to know many of their neighbors. Is it likely that the suspect lived in an apartment close to Paul's?

As a resident, I’ve never felt safe in this building, they need more cameras or a new security guard but they always get scared away by the local crack/meth addicts in the stairwells.
It seems like ALOT of the people in the building are either related or know each other very well, so there’s NO way that nobody else knows what happened.

Welcome to Websleuths and thank you for your insight. Does the building have multiple exits?
