Agreed, there are quite a few nice people here, that are forced to keep to themselves, cause they’re scared of the obnoxious entitled alcoholic/drug addicts that ruined this place.
Hopefully this gives them a nudge to clean the place upAgreed, there are quite a few nice people here, that are forced to keep to themselves, cause they’re scared of the obnoxious entitled alcoholic/drug addicts that ruined this place.
It does take some time to officially identify a murder victim, they don't seem to use a friend/relative's personal (traumatic) viewing anymore, but prefer dental records, or even DNA.It's interesting that we haven't learned right away that he was found in the van. Was this info purposely withheld by police?
I'm sorry that your building is so bad, I hope it gets cleaned up as a result of this.Agreed, there are quite a few nice people here, that are forced to keep to themselves, cause they’re scared of the obnoxious entitled alcoholic/drug addicts that ruined this place.
A lot of this doesn't make sense. If your door gets kicked off and you don't report that to police there is a reason. Who knows maybe he overdosed and people panicked. There could be so many what if's...And if they were partying staying up for days than that creates a whole new scenario. For example D4 on cocaine you may be tripping out And not thinking straightNone of this makes sense. Maybe the ones spreading rumours and gossip should be speaking with the police instead. People of this building make me sick.
The police had enough within the first 24 hours of paul being reported missing to decide that they were looking for a body and not a missing person. All I’m seeing here is supporters of those involved trying to detract from what has actually happened here. With the door being kicked in and blood in the van, I just can’t see how this would not be a violent homicide. With that said, as there seem to be multiple players involved, it might shake out that tenn was helping others and not the killer, but he was the first caught due to camera appearance? We will see. Hoping for more arrests soon!

I’m not buying the overdose story.A lot of this doesn't make sense. If your door gets kicked off and you don't report that to police there is a reason. It seems they aren’t only murderers,I’m guessing it was. What strikes me as weird is that they had almost 2 weeks from when they murdered him to when he was reported missing and they drove the van less than 3 km away to a fairly high traffic area and then just parked it up and left it on the street with his body inside It doesn’t make sense. Why leave it so close to home. Surely they had to know it would be found
I’m not looking to disclose any private or personal information regarding the case. The most important thing is to keep people talking about what happened to Paul when he had no one who was really speaking for him I struck a nerve with the people who support those responsible and I’m okay with thatI think for an insider status you need to show some connection to the case (a friend, a relative, etc. of the people involved).
I have no idea what evidence they have except alleged video of him wheeling Paul out of the building but his charges were “improper/indecent interference with a dead body” and now he’s charged with second degree murder, not manslaughter, which would cover for example an overdose.(snipped)
So far we don't know if Tenn was the actual killer, only that he is likely involved in Paul's death.
1st-degree murder
Definition: A homicide that is both planned and deliberate. An example of this is a contract killing.
2nd-degree murder
Definition: Generally, a deliberate killing that occurs without planning and does not fall under any of the categories of first degree murder.
What's the difference between 1st-degree murder, 2nd-degree murder and manslaughter?Manslaughter
Definition: A homicide committed without intent, although there may have been an intention to cause harm. There are two broad categories of manslaughter:
Unlawful act — when a person commits a crime that unintentionally results in the death of another person. For example, someone who fires their gun carelessly in public and unintentionally kills a bystander.
Criminal negligence — when the homicide was the result of an act or a failure to act that showed wanton or reckless disregard for the lives of others.
In some instances, a murder charge may be reduced to manslaughter if the mental faculties of the perpetrator were impaired or if the homicide was committed in the heat of passion.
The day after Paul was reported missing they had enough evidence to make a statement that they no longer believed him to be alive. Clearly they have enough evidence to support a second degree murder charge I’m curious about the comment of the alleged video of Tenn “wheeling him out”. That was not in the media Wonder where that information came from ?I have no idea what evidence they have except alleged video of him wheeling Paul out of the building but his charges were “improper/indecent interference with a dead body” and now he’s charged with second degree murder, not manslaughter, which would cover for example an overdose.
