Rochon is described as Caucasian, five feet 10 inches (178 cm) tall with a medium build, blue eyes and short grey hair.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a mid-length blue winter jacket with fur trim on the hood and black “Baffin” winter boots. He may also be carrying a “President’s Choice” black re-usable shopping bag.''
