NATIONAL ALERT
Vancouver Police have issued an Amber alert. The abducted male child is Phaivanh Correia-Chanthabouala, described as 3 years old, 2 feet tall, black hair, wearing a grey zip-up, blue pants and red shoes.
Last seen at Children's Hospital, 4500 Oak Street, Vancouver.
The suspect is Jenny Chanthabouala, described as an Asian female, long black dreadlock hair, wearing black jacket, black toque, glasses, grey sweatpands, red/yellow/turquoise striped messenger bag, brown ugg boots. She has a tattoo sleeve on her right arm.
