An SQ spokesperson said the incident began around 11:45 p.m., when emergency services were called to the scene of a head-on collision on Highway 105 in Kazabazua between a car and tractor trailer that left the teenage driver of the car dead. Kazabazua is about 80 kilometres north of Ottawa.''
