He is also listed here. Richard Riquier Service de police de la Ville de Montréal - SPVM

I just send them a message that the age mentioned (29) when missing couldn't be correct. Also I talked about this possible match and send them the link of the Dutch police. Amsterdam - Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal | politie.nl *warning PM picture*

This is the UID's thread

Netherlands - Netherlands, Amsterdam center, whtmale, possible 20-30, doorway Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal, Sept.1986
I'm assuming your in Canada and have their contact? I'm from the US and can't speak French. However I saw on another post involving John Wayne Gacy victims, The comparison to Richard and body #13 has some resemblance. Could it be possible Richard came to the Chicago area?

Looking at Richard in comparison to this UID, found in BC 2 months later. I wish I knew if he wore glasses or not, but it's not listed. The age is a bit older but they're estimating a ~1 month PMI so it could be hard to tell at that point.

I wonder if you maybe posted this on the wrong thread? This screenshot says Guy Carignan has been excluded (he did look a lot like the drawing you previously posted) - but what about Richard? Was he submitted? I'm not sure I see as much of a resemblance as Guy had.

Oops, never even realized o_O Guess I was commenting on multiple threads at once. Guy has been excluded, but Richard (the topic of this thread) was never submitted and has not been excluded as being UID 2014001090.

I Have been thinking of this resemblance as well - it's quite striking imo. I just submitted it to the RCMP :)

It looks like he was found alive and well (and appears to be confirmed) according to this group:

If this is correct I'm happy he was found alive and well. Very strange that police couldn't find him, but I think they didn't really search and f** up the dates. Btw, he is still listed at the Service de police de la ville de Montréal website. And as I suspected the dates are still wrong. If somebody goes missing in 1973 and is born in 1952 then it's pretty clear that he was 21 and not 29 when he went missing.

I really dislike SPVM they are not very thorough nor do they work in an orderly fashion.

He is still listed as missing, hopefully that gets changed soon!

Has there been any other source that confirms this is Richard? IMO the men in the photos do not look similar at all and I can’t really tell from the post/comments that the poster got official confirmation that it was him.
