Rosemary Arch, 74, was last seen on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at 4 p.m., in the Warden Avenue and St. Clair Avenue East area.
She is described as 4’10”, 119 lbs., medium build and black shoulder length hair. She was last seen wearing a yellow top, tiger print pants, black and pink sneakers.
