UPDATE: Police searching for missing North York mother and daughter
"Ruth Onyancha, 30, and her 2-year-old daughter Elizabeth, were last seen last Thursday afternoon at about 1:30 in the Jane and Finch area.

However, Police say that since her disappearance was made public, they received a witness account of her boarding a TTC bus on Sheppard Ave. West at Jane that was headed eastbound at 3:00 p.m. that afternoon.

The TTC has confirmed this sighting with surveillance footage and say mother and daughter were together at the time."
"There is a growing concern," Const. Allyson Douglas Cook told NEWSTALK1010 Saturday afternoon. "They've never gone missing before and the family doesn't know where they are at this time."

Anyone with any information or who may have seen them is asked to contact 31 Division at 416-808-3100."

I'm not familiar with the product she is selling but based on a quick Google search, it sounds like a multi-level marketing scheme to me. Hopefully she was not on her way to meet a disgruntled customer/recruit.

Toronto police make contact with missing 30-year-old woman and daughter | CBC News

Toronto police said Sunday that they have made contact with a missing woman and her two-year-old daughter who were last seen several days ago.

Investigators are currently arranging a way to meet with Ruth Onyancha, 30. They previously managed to reach her over the phone, police said.

Until investigators see Onyancha in person, she is still technically considered missing.

There is no longer concerns for their safety, a police spokesperson said Sunday afternoon. ​
