Toronto Police Service July 21 2021 Toronto Police Service :: News Release #50478 Case #: 2021-1364822 The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man. Scott Allan, 48, was last seen February 2021 in the Queen Street East and Coxwell Avenue area. He is described as 5'11", wears glasses, receding hairline with light brown hair, green eyes, slim build. No clothing description provided. Police are concerned for his safety.
