Police seek missing woman known to frequent Barrie - BarrieToday.com

NEW TECUMSETH - On June 4, 2019 Members of the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are seeking the assistance of the public in locating a missing female.

Shana Shepherdson (1992/10/09) failed to attend the Alliston area for a prearranged meeting with a family member.


Shepherdson is known to frequent Barrie, North Bay and Elliot Lake she is described as approximately 5 foot 8 inches in height, thin build with blonde hair and green eyes.

Police and family members are concerned for her well-being.

Nottawasaga OPP are asking anyone with information on Ms. Shepherdson's whereabouts to contact the detachment at 705-434-1939 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). You can submit your information online at www.p3tips.com.

She appears to have a daughter, who shows up in multiple photos on these FB pages. I wonder where her daughter is now? I hope both Shana and her daughter are somewhere safe.

Okay, so there is activity on the most recent FB after she was reported missing. But no media or law enforcement saying she was found. Great.

She may still be missing to LE and her family, but maybe not. We may never know. Her missing information received widespread coverage in that area of Canada, but absolutely no updates anywhere. I even checked all the media reports, because sometimes google doesn't catch the updates right away, but there were no updates. I hope she and her daughter are doing well, wherever they are.
