Thanks for posting this --
thinking about Sherry's family and friends at this time.

But I'm hoping this means something hopeful for Sarah Mckeown (missing) if Sherry wasn't the victim of violence. I'm trying to hold on to that hope for Sarah's loved ones.

(I was feeling frantic earlier today; STILL very worried for Sarah but grateful there appears, at least, a prelim answer for Sherry. Again condolences to all who knew and loved Sherry.)

Since there was no foul play, no one really needs to know the COD. Other than her family, of course. I'm sorry there was so much mis-information about Sherry.

Yes --
some sense of relief in terms of the panic I admit I felt earlier for public safety doesn't diminish the sadness around Sherry's death. I'm hoping the family can find peace at this time despite the magnitude of their loss.

While it's good to know foul play is not suspected, it's sad to learn regardless. Sherry was from my hometown and we're close in age.

Orangeville looks like such a lovely little town but it seems to be more of a Cabot Cove type place :(

Still I must say that I've noticed a number of "no foul play" or "self inflicted" deaths recently that IMO are... fishy iykwim.

I’m glad you said that because I need to know why they are still investigating. If there was no foul play, what else is there to learn?

Perhaps it was some kind of accident or MH related? LE might be waiting for toxicology reports, retracing Sherrys steps, cellphone or computer data etc.

I recall a story of a man (IIRC in Ontario) who had been out cycling. He was reported missing for weeks until they found his body. He'd had a heart attack and fell into the ditch just minutes from his home. Maybe it was something along these lines?
