Found Deceased Canada - Siera Charters, 17, Fort Saskatchewan, September 18, 2016

Fort Saskatchewan RCMP are asking for the public’s help to locate a teenage girl who has been missing since Sunday evening.Siera Charters, 17, has not been since or heard from since sending a text message to a friend at approximately 5:15 p.m. Sunday.
RCMP said she was last seen in the area of the Dow Centennial centre at around 4 p.m.
Charters is white, with a thin build and blue hair, and is wearing an “oversized back hoodie” and black skinny jeans.
Anyone with information on the teen’s whereabouts is asked to contact Fort Saskatchewan RCMP at 780-997-7900. If you want to remain anonymous, contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

I also saw a social media post on tumblr that lists Charters' two tumblrs, and it contains more information on Charters and why she may have disappeared. I'm not sure if I can post it here because it has the friend that was texted's personal information on it.

Hopefully Siera is just taking a time out and is off doing Siera somewhere. It's definitely concerning.

I was really hoping she would be found alright, but I doubted it based on her tumblrs.
