Singanayagam Sebamalai, 79, was last seen on Monday, January 28, 2019, at approximately 9 a.m., in the food court of the Royal Bank Plaza.
He is described as 6'0" and approximately 170-180 lbs. He was last seen wearing a ¾-length dark blue winter jacket, dark pants and dark shoes.
