was last seen on Monday, April 26, 2021, in the Queen Street West and Beverley Street area.

He is described as having dark brown hair, short brown beard, and blue eyes.

Laval Police in Quebec are also investigating into this matter.

Stephen Sparkes, 33, was reported missing to Toronto Police on Thursday, April 29, 2021, in the Queen Street West and Beverley Street area.

He is described as having dark brown hair, short brown beard, and blue eyes.

There is no clothing description available.

Laval Police in Quebec are also investigating into this matter.

Police are concerned for his safety.

Toronto, Laval police concerned for safety of missing man
''Toronto police are asking for the public's help finding a man who has been missing for several weeks and may be in the downtown area.

Stephen Sparkes was reported missing April 29 and may be in the Queen and Beverley streets area, which is near Queen and Spadina Avenue. He may also be in or have ties to Quebec, with Toronto police noting Laval police are also investigating his disappearance.

Toronto police first appealed to the public for help finding Sparkes April 30, before making a second appeal with updated images and information May 29.

The 33-year-old man is described by police as having dark-brown hair, blue eyes and a short brown beard.

The update from police says Sparkes was seen on social media wearing a grey, camouflage baseball cap with black lettering on the front, along with a brown construction coat and black T-shirt with thin red stripes.
