It sure does change the looks. I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't be a very good eye witness. I couldn't describe someone enough for a sketch artist to work with!

There must be other non-observant, non-imaginative people like me out there. I think it would be great if LE put out their sketches with various hair styles/colours, etc.

Thanks Wondergirl!!! It just goes to show how a tweak of the hair or adding glasses to a composite pic. can change our perception of someone. If I had to look at someone quickly and remember them years later( beyond basic hair colour and height), I would probably focus on the shape of the eyebrows and hairline.

Was Taylor's phone found on the tracks or in the street? I thought the tracks were mentioned in other MSM articles I had read.

This one says differently, and also says "a person", not plural.

Police have confirmed that a cell phone, believed to have belonged to Van Diest, was found by an individual in the street

I know this is a little off topic and little morbid, but i was reading some of Taylor's "likes" on her fb page....just to get to know her a little better....and i "liked" a lot of her stuff too for my page, but some of the things she had in her "interests" or "likes" that is kinda creepy now.... were things like:

She "liked":
Halloween
Zombies
Not being stabbed repeatedly


There were a few other things.....just sharing....it's so sad.....

Online articles indicate "near the intersection of Colony Avenue and Pleasant Valley Road".

Most the articles i've read say "near the tracks", and that is also attributed to Taylor's aunt:

a call from someone who said they had found her cellphone near the tracks, Taylor’s aunt, Anne Mihalcheon, had told The Province

Whereever her cell was found, it still took over an hour to find Taylor, so presumably the phone was not that close to where she was ultimately found.

Awesome job, wondergirl! Thanks so much for taking the time to do this.. IMO it's little details just like this that will be the spark which ignites the match that explodes into busting Taylor's case wide open with who this person is.. I believe there will be justice for Taylor and her loved one's.. And I'm still praying that it come soon for her precious family and loved one's..
