''Case #: 2021-1780825
The Toronto Police Service requests the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Teejay Emmanuel Okorafo, 23, was last seen on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at 1 a.m., in the Weston Road and Finch Avenue West area.

He is described as 6’3"-6’4", with a heavy build, 220-240 lbs., short black hair, brown eyes and a full beard. He was last seen wearing a purple shirt, grey sweat pants and black 'Nike' flip flops.

Police are concerned for his safety.''
