Canada - Teen wakes up to find intruder in her Toronto home, July 2016

Toronto police are asking residents in the area of Lawrence Avenue West and Caledonia Road to check security camera footage after a teenager woke up to discover an intruder in her home early Friday morning.

At some point, a 16-year-old girl who was asleep in her bedroom awoke and noticed the man.

The man then fled the home, police say.

No description of the man has been released at this point.

Not sure if this is the same suspect or not, but this man was identified as a poi in this case of a woman and child waking up to a stranger in the bedroom.
LE are looking for him.
Hopefully he is the same perp as in the teenage girl's case, because it scary to think more than one is creeping around at the same time, and this alleged perp, has at least been identified.

Police say that at 3:44 a.m. on June 23, they were called to a home in the area of Fabian Place and Chapman Road.

Investigators say a woman was inside the home, sleeping with her child.

She woke up to hear strange sounds coming from inside the home.

She later saw a stranger standing at the foot of her bed.

Again, not sure if B Rutherford is the same person in teenage girl break in, subject of this thread, but he is armed and dangerous and apparently also wanted for a number of (alleged) break ins into synagogues.

Police say Brian Eric Rutherford of Toronto is wanted for break-and-enter and failing to comply with a recognizance order.

Police say Rutherford is armed and considered dangerous.
