Anyone know if there is info on third suspect? Have not seen anything on that. Maybe car he dropped off the other two in?

I've posted a link to the Hamilton Police website with the statement released at 1pm today regarding name of person arrested.

As for the Facebook "friend", it's not been confirmed that he is a POI. He does, however, resemble the description of the 2nd suspect, has a photo with him wearing an orange shirt, races vehicles and appears to work on them in an airplane hanger. All independently these things might mean nothing but together with info we have on Dellen Millard and the racing/aircraft connection..........it's a big coincidence.

not to mention, the pic MSM, CP24 is currently using of DM IS in fact from a video posted on this FB' friend's FB page, which pretty much confirms that the 'Dell' that this friend is referring to in his FB pics is infact the suspect in custody. Not saying this friend IS connected to the crime, but he's definitely an acquaintance of the suspect. IMO a very interesting acquaintance at that.

True. For all we know, he could be the one who provided the name of the suspect arrested to police and provided the photo to the media. He may be an innocent party in this crime. Guess we'll find out in due time.

Earlier in the day, right after the name of the suspect was released, a person in the media tweeted a link the suspect's father's obit. From there it was fairly easy to connect the dots. I'll go back and try to find the media link to the father's obit.

If you're going to steal a truck, why schedule the test drive for the middle of the day in a busy area? And if foul play was on their minds, wouldn't they have done/said something that made the first guy at least feel uneasy - hey! Do we mind if we take it for a spin on this (isolated) country road?

It almost sounds like the first test drive was an effort to get their feet wet or even a decoy. While chances are that they wanted the truck, not Tim, I'm not ready to write off the possibility that Tim was the target.

I'm thinking it's possibly with the first guy who may have been targeted, he drove the truck and the suspects were passengers. The suspects may not have been able to show him they had licenses so he didn't allow them to drive. That's just my guess. Therefore they didn't have control of the truck and weren't able to go where they wanted to go (secluded area). With Tim it sounds like one of the suspects was driving Tim's truck. This way they were able to drive wherever they wanted.

Praying Tim is found safe and alive very soon. My heart goes out to his family and friends. This must be so difficult for them. And now that they have one guy in custody but still no knowledge (that we know of) of Tim's whereabouts.

I wonder if they will find the truck there. I remember a day or 2 ago, there was a report that a similar truck was spotted in Kitchener, but the focus seemed to be in the Brantford area.

If they have NO part of it why would the people be scared to see if they know the accused or better yet come forward! Will see if the 2 names I have found have anything to do with it in the end but not sharing at this time as it will likely be deleted Hmmm Frustrating

Police mentioned yesterday that the first guy they went on a test drive with was a big guy so they probably didn't think they could overtake him.

I wrote about Tim's cell phone being found by a woman. This was told to me by someone that knows LE. This was not released to the public, and I cannot verify it. Really it does not mater,at least Tim's phone was found.
Personally ,I think the police should be close to finding out who the perps are in Tim's disappearance.They have the number for the perps phone and three months of information from that phone. All they have to do is interview people that received calls or called that number to identify them.
The tattoo is a good lead too. The artist who did it has to remember doing it.
The family and friends of Tim have done a great job of keeping people and the police interested in looking for Tim.

Thank you for clarifying this information as I knew I had read it somewhere. I thought it was in an article. Respectfully we try to refrain from posting "rumours" here on WS and try to stick to what is in the MSM and provide links as to where the information comes from to avoid this sort of confusion. I spent a lot of time googling looking for the article which stated a woman found the cell phone. :facepalm: :blushing:

As far as the tattoo goes, it is not an uncommon tattoo so I would assume it is gang affiliated. This has been stated in many police reports about it being not an uncommon tattoo. I would imagine there are numerous tattoo artist who have done this type of tattoo. UPDATE: The suspect with the tattoo has been arrested. Thank God!!!

As to the cell phone, It was listed under a bogus name. It seems apparent this suspect knew the phone would be used for ill intent. I would be guessing then that he would not have used the phone to call other people who could ID him. Who knows what other nefarious business these where up to and that is why I believe the phone was purchase, only to serve for evil intent. All JMO.

Meanwhile, police have also been able to trace the phone number the suspects used back to a cellphone that stopped working soon after Bosma disappeared.

The cellphone was purchased about three months ago and was bought under a fake name, Kavanagh said.
Detectives said that cellphone was used in Etobicoke the day before Bosma disappeared and that they are making efforts to contact everyone who received a phone call from that number.

I think many of us have found the name of a possible 2nd POI, but thats all he is at this time. Therefore he is innocent and we cannot name innocent people. Once MSM has released another name, then we can name him.
