On one hand there is a possibility DM and co. We're into organized crime on another hand they just seem like spoiled little rich kids and he certainly had no "need" to steal a truck. There has to be a whole other side to this story.

Also the fact police not family has spoke to press pushing people to look out for Tim is very telling in my opinion. If they thought TB was still with a second suspect I would think they would have put much media presence to try and flush them out. Although maybe it's possible they do not want to push the 2 Nd suspect into an end game sort of move.... I just don't know anymore what to think.

Your right, none of this makes any sense at all. I don't even understand how all of this could be over a truck.

The main theory right now is that they wanted to steal TB's truck. Whether or not they planned on harming TB is the big unknown. Assuming something has happened to TB, it doesn't make sense that you would risk Murder charges over a truck when they could have gone after so much more.

If it weren't for the first guy with the other truck I would say this wasn't even about the truck.

These guys made some key mistakes, they weren't very smart at all.

• They put themselves in a position where they could be identified twice.
• They put the stolen truck on a property that is connected to the suspect
• Parking that large trailer in a residential neighbourhood late at night draws a lot of attention
• There's at least 2 but I'm betting 3 or more people involved that knows what happened. It's just a matter of time before they turn on each other to save their own butt.

Everyone should click this link and read the top tweet/post by the reporter re: this news conference at 10am. I'm not sure if I can quote it or not, pretty sure we can only link to that kind of stuff (or more accurately, I haven't figured out quite yet exactly who this person is and what the nature of his posts or his source is, which would then tell me if I can quote it or not, IKWIM).

I find the two word description of the reason for the news conference pretty telling.


edit - okay he's a reporter so pretty sure I can say that he's reporting the news conference is in regards to "A SIGNIFICANT DEVELOPMENT" in the case.

Is there any legal basis that would allow LE to contact fb/twitter and have them shut down profiles without the knowledge or permission of the user? I really don't want to sift through the myriad pages of legalese on fb policy.

My guess is that a lawyer did it on behalf of a client. JMO

IMO The police have a great deal of work to do regarding the links that people posted previously to stolen cars.
AM and SS worked with Dellen for a long time and those boys have been all over Ontario and the USA.
It's too bad that their FB profiles are gone now because AM had pictures that could/should be used as evidence.
They need a forensic accountant,extensive phone records,gas and credit card receipts etc. from at least the 3 of them.
IMO there is no way on earth that the AM and SS did not have some involvement in at least a part of this crime.

I don't like the sound of the update on the Facebook page. Obviously they know already what the update is, and judging by the part where they ask more then ever to flood the page with prayers and good wishes for the family, that make me think it is not a good update. Either They have found Tim, and it's not good, OR they have searched everywhere (that make sense), and they have still not found him.

I AM's pics w.here they got Baja tattoo"s DM's arms have lots of stretch marks on upper arms. Either he was fat and lost weight or had muscles and lost them. He looked pudgy as a tween.

That makes me very uneasy. I think we're all thinking the same ultimate thing about this news conference. My heart and stomach have flipped upside down and my brain has started to switch gears from "where?" to "why?"

Literally praying for his family's strength this morning. It's all I can do and I feel the need to do something, as I guess we all do or we wouldn't be here at WS.

Wow, I just googled Roseville Rd.
I had read and quoted on here a few people from facebook a few days ago saying they saw Tim's truck in Kitchener, and then someone else said about an hour or so later they saw the truck on Dumfries Rd. (I think I posted it on the first thread) Looking at the map Dumfries and Roseville Rd connect! wow wow wow .. this cant be good
