Now I don't know the size dimensions of that incinerator... But... Would a complete adult person fit in one? Particularly this one?

No, it wouldn't. *shudder*

  • #842
if he was excavating at the farm property as is suggested by all the photos of heavy equipment, then the incinerator could`ve been used to burn branches & garbage

New here, so I hope I've quoted this correctly. I do remember a post waaaay back that had DM listing a LOT of equipment for sale and I believe that the heavy equipment was part of that....will try to find link....would be interested to see if that incinerator was also on the list of equipment for sale

but what Im saying is there should be vidoe footage out there from the Sunday test drive, they would have followed him as well..DM arrived at his commercial business on foot..so he told the man..but really there was another car in waiting probably...why they got spooked from doing the first theft is unknown

Do PL and DM know each other? Did PL know TB?

Police said individual for first truck was large... Dm described as 6'1 and 170lbs. 2nd suspect smaller... 2 scrawny guys... They sized him up... And crapped their drawers and left... Or for another reason, which police may be holding back.

But Tim wasn't necessary "small" ... they had no idea (unless they knew him personally) what kind of "fighter" he was, or if HE could take on 2 guys ... If they really wanted the truck and didn't care how they got it, they would have taken out the 1st guy, on the 1st test drive, by any means, including using a weapon if they had to b/c of HIS size ... Here is another look at the police investigation of the Millard farm near Cambridge. Tim Bosma #sl pic.twitter.com/bc9RGrvRUn

Sooo now I'm curious. If you go to the reporters page there's a few pictures from the neighbour in March and the winter. Why are the neighbours so interested in his activities all winter? Its not like farm neighbours are on top of each other. Why are they snooping??? And if they suspected something why not reporter it sooner???

What I just don't understand......is TB's truck being found inside DM's trailer at DM's Mom's home. That is just so sloppy. If you've got a missing (and/or dead) man's stolen vehicle in your trailer, why on earth would you park that trailer anywhere that logically could be investigated?.....PARTICULARLY in a very affluent neighborhood where an auto trailer like that would stick out like a sore thumb. It just seems so careless. There are so many other places a trailer like that could have been towed and parked where no suspicion would have been raised. Even a Walmart parking lot for crying out loud (at this time of year, tons of big trucks and RVs park in Walmart parking lots overnight/for days).

Doesn't anyone else find this just amazingly careless?

Ive been following this site and story and wondering...does anyone think that DM could have possibly been framed?

My thoughts:
1. The only physical evidence that he is a suspect is the tatoo - why wouldn't he hide it? and a tattoo can be easily reproduced.
2. There is no mention that his face has been identified, by either the person from the first test drive or Tim's wife.
3. He has no mortgage on an $835,000 farm - he's wealthy.
4. Of all places, why store the truck in your mothers driveway, when he had a large farm to hide it.
5. Why leave the body on your own property in a rural area?

Weird case, things just don't make sense. With all the land he owned, LE should look at any conflicts related to his land.

Again JMO but I feel there is more to the story and the truck was just an excuse to throw LE off the trail as I mentioned in one of my posts. I have come across pictures of Tim in a plane and to me he had an interest in flying. I think as this all unfolds we will find out the truck was not the reason for his demise but an ploy to throw LE off. As stats show, abductions are usually done by someone who knows the victim as apposed to random. Time will tell.

Please forgive me for this. Trying to say it delicately and feeling sick as I type it, but... a few posts above note a complete adult wouldn't even fit in that incinerator he had... so I guess maybe an extra-large fullsize adult might've been ... not in the criteria for a feasible target... IYKWIM.....

*shudder*

He was targetted but there was no prior connection between Tim and DM. I took it to mean he was targetted for the truck.

I'll clarify that more, having re-listened to the Q&A. The detective said Tim was targetted. The reporters asked about the truck, about Tim. Then one asked the detective to clarify that Tim was targeted and if the truck was the motive. The detective said that Tim was targeted and the truck may have been the motive.

I interpret that to mean that Tim was targeted "as a good mark" likely for the truck, but the detective won't confirm as the investigation is ongoing. I can't think of any reason to target Tim Bosma.

I also agree with the speculation that DM is tied to organized crime car theft ring, which would explain why he isn't talking. The detective confirmed that they are interested in the car parts in the hangar, not the planes. Perhaps he got in over his head with more serious thugs than himself? Maybe they are planting it all on him, which would explain bonehead moves like hiding a stolen truck in your mommy's driveway. Don't know.

So the trailer is found at DM's mom's place and was placed there late on Wednesday. DM is arrested on Saturday. Why was the trailer there for over two days?

I just searched the other two threads for fire, bonfire, smoke... nada.

Wouldn't know what other terms to try -- sorry.

Re Canadagurl's post about a photo of a bonfire - I believe it was confirmed that that was the wrong AM's FB. There is another AM in "p-town" on FB (presumably Pittsburgh - wrong guy). Regardless, AM was cleared.

I think there must be more to this story that we don't know ... These circumstances are too strange to fit together... This can't be as random as it sounds!

I've been thinking about this. Not saying it's true but I think it's possible.

Well I'm 6'1. 205lbs... Still a slim guy... And every guy, will size up another male and know roughly what a fight with that person would be.. I don't think a gun would have been used... Tim's size appears to be same frame size as a person like DM... Not as tall, but his overall size was on slim side. Police seem content the 1st truck owners size was a deterant...which means the size difference from first truck owner to Tim was much greater..

NO!!!!!

LE only releases a fraction of what they have or know. Perhaps the wife and the other truck seller did ID his face, LE does not tell all!!!!

No one said he was a smart criminal, he was obviously very sloppy. He probably thought he was above the law and could outsmart LE.

Maybe AM was cleared and cooperated in giving LE DM's new group of friends.

Clearly innocent until proven guilty works, in AM's case. He must have been sweating bullets with all the speculation and hatred. Regardless, he would definitely supply a lot of info about his best mate's activities. Remember his tweets about DM being involved in cars and it's "pretty legit". That kid knows a lot and hopefully gave it all to the police. Sincere apologies to AM, we falsely suspected you. Turns out he's just a run of the mill arrogant 20something d-bag. Moving on...
