Of course the lawyer will say anything to buy "them" more time for their story. Hope they don't go down the "attacked by 2 ninjas" story - that one didn't go over too well for JA who is awaiting her M1 sentence!

is there a link to where I can hear that interview with the lawyer?

Lots of people have been caught stealing from stores and have more than enough money in their pocket to pay for it... it's not just the poor starving bum that's out there stealing stuff. More of a morals/civil society thing.

Celebrities with lots of cash have stolen.

On Kijiji, you can contact the person via email. From that point, you can exchange numbers, addresses, so forth.

Kijiji had a statement that the ad through kijiji was not the ad that the individuals used. Kijiji stated that LE said it was in fact the autotrader ad that was used to view Tim's truck

I read this on kijiji earlier today...so jmo

You would have to assume that from the burner cell phone number the first truck seller was able to glean info on all DM's properties - not likely since he used a false name]

To move the truck, DM would have to have the key

Not likey

key could have been left in the truck, also DM has fork lifts and cranes capable of moving small aircraft around.

again im brainstorming here.

Also, anyone here play paintball in the area and have a friend that's maybe played on this private field?

I saw some photos in the Parisian persons fb album for Canadian trip that showed people at the farm fully decked out in paintball gear. Maybe an accomplice among them?

I just found this via google. Doubt it's anything, but found it interesting that someone who appears to have very little family has a profile on here. Maybe there are connections on here that no one knows about? Although probably already found by police. http://www.genebase.com/node/f67215b7bb

Interesting ... seems their site is for people looking to find a DNA match. Hmm .. who would DM be wanting to find who is related to him?

 • #588
I am hoping Millard's own Mother can talk some sense into him. Unless, of course, she is blinded by his declarations of innocence, like other 🤬🤬🤬 that we know. JMO

Maybe time to sleuth Canadian paintball forums for an account by DM or friends.

WOW. Great find, Stella. Member since 2007? That's interesting. Who uses that type of Genetic DNA matcher?

Since 2005, Genebase has been connecting Users from around the world through DNA and now has a membership of over 675,000 Users from around the world. Using personal genomics, Users can find out more about their past and learn more about their present and future.

A couple pages back I posted a video of the first press conference Hamilton police held. It was stated that Tim put ads up on AutoTrader and Kijiji, that he put his phone number on those websites, and that he was telephoned directly (i.e. no one contacted him "through" the site via email etc.).

I, too, question what Kijiji considers personal information if not your phone number and a map showing where you live.

Kijiji is concerned about business, MOO.

I've been thinking about this and in my opinion the key to this case is the vehicle that follows the truck after it leaves TB's house.

There has to be a very good reason why that vehicle was following. At first I thought perhaps it was pulling the trailer to load TBs truck into it, but we know his truck was spotted in Brantford so if the plan was to drive to a certain spot and then put the truck into the trailer why would the trailer be following and not just be at this predetermined spot where they could meet up?

So I think we can rule out that it was another vehicle towing the trailer.

I also ask myself... if it were me, I certainly wouldn't involve so many people as to risk getting caught and having to trust so many people to keep quiet about it. I don't think the plan was to steal TBs truck and take it to the hanger and rip apart for parts. DMs friend AM has been cleared... SS doesn't match the description of the second suspect. These are people that would have access to the hanger and would eventually discover TBs truck, so why weren't they involved in this?

I think the motive for this whole thing is in that following vehicle and I wouldn't rule out the possibility that they knew TB, which could be the reason the first guy with the other truck was unharmed... because he wasn't TB.

Whoever was in that following vehicle was unable to walk up to TBs house themselves, so they needed someone else to do it.

I think this also could be why we think DM was so stupid to park the trailer at his mothers house and put the body on his property. This wasn't supposed to be traced back to DM if it weren't for the mistake of exposing his tattoo.

What do others think about this?

Maybe he was adopted?
Totally going off here in my crazy thoughts, but - could DM be a adopted? Could DM have recently been told information from his father before passing of this?
Could there be any relations of DM to Ancaster, Hamilton or even the Bosma family?

DM & TB are 5 years apart.

OMG

http://www.thespec.com/news-story/2098640-billy-mason-s-murder-may-be-tied-to-rip-off/

A drug rip-off with Hells Angels connections may have set in motion a chain of criminal underworld events that ultimately led to the shotgun murder of Billy Mason.

<modsnip> how the Crown’s evidence will piece together the final hours of Billy’s life, the burning of his corpse and Hall’s failed attempt to kill off Jason Lusted because he “had information that could put Hall in jail for a long time.”
On Feb. 24, 2006, William James Mason was “abducted at gunpoint from his apartment in downtown Hamilton by Jeremy Hall and Jason Lusted. Billy was never seen again,” the Crown began.

That day Hall, who rented a farm in Alma, near Guelph, and Lusted, who lived near Sarnia, met in Hamilton. They were “business partners of a sort,” said Fraser. “Their business was crime.”

Together they had stolen cars and committed other thefts.

Hall asked Lusted to go with him “to speak with a guy.” They drove Hall’s truck to Billy’s apartment on Main Street East in Hamilton. A person visiting Billy let them in.

Just jumping off that theory ...

And perhaps why TB was selling his truck, as he was a witness to something sinister, while in his truck.

Only a thought.

I just posted about this as well. I think perhaps they were thinking the first guy was TB but obviously he wasn't so this could explain why nothing happened to him.

^^^^^^ THIS! Does anyone else here regularly take photos of their neighbours' belongings for no reason?

I would like to know when the neighbour took the photo. Did he/she take it recently because he/she had heard about TB's disappearance and just thought it was suspect? Or was it taken well before TB went missing, for who knows what reason....

The thing I find interesting is that taking pictures of DM's property and belongings seemed to be a bit of a hobby for someone. There were others pictures taken of a generator that had been dragged to a spot in the field (based on the displaced earth up around the side of the generator) while there was still snow on the ground. I seem to recall someone said it was taken in March.

Maybe they felt it was an "artsy" shot or something but it just seems odd that neighbours (1 or more) are a) on his property without him and (b) taking pictures of the equipment on his property.

I have to say though, that I myself take pictures of things I want to learn more about or research. I can realistically see myself coming across that incinerator and thinking "what the heck is THAT??" and taking a picture of it, then going home and googling any identifying information.
It wouldn't be until I heard about the owner of the incinerator being arrested that I'd have my HOLY POOP moment and be on the phone to the tip line. Until then, I'd probably convince myself that the incinerator was to burn brush and garbage quickly and safely.
But, no matter what, it IS odd that people are traipsing around on his property taking pictures of his machinery.

Maybe he was adopted?

Huh, that is strange. You can only see what's behind the wall if your DNA matches his, implying he did the voluntary testing. Probably not relevant to this case but he may have had questions about his family.

Keep in mind having users branded "kijiji killers" is a PR nightmare for them. I thought it was tacky for them to try to absolve their site of any association in the same breath they expressed condolences for the family. Jmo.

The family claimed Mohawk heritage through the Millard side...perhaps he did the dna testing to see if there were any aboriginal-related markers in his DNA and support the family legend of being directly descended from Joseph Brant
