But remember his lawyer said DM is financially secure.....bahahaha

Sometimes, the more you have, the bigger your debt load!!!!!

I think WM killed himself because he did not want to start over at 70

He left his son with a ton of assets. There must be a few million or more of stuff an property. What he was unable to leave his son was a means of generating positive cashflow...and if you don't have cashflow you have to sell stuff

DM's into accounting, I am sure he saw the big picture...he just did not know how to cope with it

Interesting new article in the Spec about how DMs lawyer models himself after the celebrity American lawyers. Sheds light on why he is doing the rounds.

Sorry but can't link from my tablet.

During his interview, the lawyer basically said a lot of nothing and said he is waiting for full disclosure. He is appealing to the less than with it potential juror. MOO

Why that location????
TB was contacted via home phone. Did he get the call right after the failed attempt on Sunday? Bcuz if he was working Monday, how did he get the call. During the day.
Someone knew that was a good spot to do the body transfer and they accidently dropped the phone.

I read the call was on his cell phone.Hence the police used the the call logs from his cell to get the number from the burner phone. They then checked all the call logs of that phone and narrowed the search.
As for the spot if you google map it the street is secluded and is behind a factory. By the time they got there it would be dark. Doesn't take long to load a vehicle in a race trailer.

So about Millard Air, what happened?

Or, DM was watching his father invest the family fortune (his inheritance) into a new risky business venture, and didn't like what he was seeing.

Has anyone found any email addresses or username/handles for Millard?

There is a serious lack of sleuthing so far in this area.

Was he a member of forums, specifically vehicle and racing forums? Was he looking for online advice on disassembling/reassembling vehicle parts?

Why do we not have a sketch of the other suspects yet? Why is LE not smoking them out??

A few things I have been thinking;

Im still stuck on the fact that it cant just be about the truck...
If it was proven DM has enough money to buy or finance the truck...or if things were really that bad (company history) then he could very well started selling other assets such as planes, farms, house etc. SO maybe rich boy could get away with stealing the truck element comes into play but not pre-meditation to murder - because who gets some friends to agree to plan a random murder...to steal a truck for their seemingly wealthy friend????

On the flipside how could it not just be about the truck? Test drive of the other same truck previously and the coincidence of "we are out for Tim and great he put his truck for sale" we will use the burner phone we got 3 months before to set up the murder....

My minds goes in circles!

Just saw this - and thought maybe the social connection to DM and lawyer is through Deepaks wife? He mentioned she is an accountant in the radio interview he did today

If he didn't want to start over why begin in the first place? Huge investment.

Someone mentioned there may be an exhumation on wm body. Not possible though if cremated...the funeral home mentioned cremeatorium

LE has it wiped already. Any others?

Lol. They can wipe it if it helps them, but we need to dig up stuff for their investigation.

IMO: I sure hope LE has DM's prints on Tims truck! If not, he will have a great defense of being framed by people he thought were friends... Friends that he let have access to all his toys, friends that would know his mom was out of town... Ext ect..

Dellen Millard was driving the truck. Someone saw this--Tim's wife? Prints would be in truck unless they somehow cleaned up which I doubt.

I doubt Tim got into the truck with someone wearing gloves, really suspicious. Then there are footprints, dirt in the truck, hair, blood, etc. that may link DM as well.:moo:

This is what I believe as well. Notice that in the Baja pics he was even sporting a red Mohawk hairstyle.

Ok, so the red mohawk keeps getting attention. This has nothing to do with Native status or backgrounds! This is something that alot of the baja and KOH race guys do and they all ain't Native. Remember those pics of AM sporting a blue one?! My daughter is of Native background, can't say I've seen her relatives sporting Mohawks, I think that style went out 100yrs ago lol

Earlier this week, Millard's home was raided by Toronto police, neighbours said. He lived there alone after his father died six months ago. He was last seen by neighbours Wednesday evening working outside on his house with a few other men.

Wonder what they were all discussing. Also, wonder if LE obtained any surveillance from neighbours' security systems, or received a description of any of the men.

What day did they raid DM's place? It said earlier in the week, but how much earlier? He was taken in to custody on the Friday, and the initial charge was laid on the Saturday.

My minds goes in circles!

I think the things were on the cusp of bad...DM was hitting a point where he had to be more careful of his money and started to clue in to the value of a dollar for the first time in his life

He had money, he just didn't want to spend it, because he realized the glory days were over and he could no longer live with "carefreeness" (from the obituary - his father "advocated carefreeness" I think he had a pretty pleasant life to this point and things were beginning to crack

That's the pressure that lead to this crime

Again from the obit, "He [WM] was frugal with himself and generous to others." DM lived in that generous glow all of his life but his father's frugal habits are what made the money. DM only knew how to live the life, he doesn't know how to make or KEEP the money

He has accounting training, so he knows that's a problem...I think he knew enough to know he needed to come up with a decent amount of cashflow in a hurry
