Also she wants someone with the initials RA to call her. Hmmmmm
LOL ... alphabet soup here. NO, it was E who used to work at Millard Air.

Scary, sounds very dissociative, an indicator that he can lie without any indication to the outside world what he's really capable of.
I am so confused right now, part of me thinks DM is being framed, but then I also feel suspicious that he is an expert liar and is fooling those of us who give people benefit of the doubt, at least until all of the evidence is revealed.
It fits. In that case what is there left for us to do. LE said they wanted tips on the other suspects, if they know...I guess we are done. Also I believe the grid search today was to look for a murder weapon...but that is just a guess.
But if LE has reported that evidence shows DM purchased the liverstock incinerator found recently on his property back in July 12 (from a company in Manitoba for $7000), just how framed could he be? He's not a farmer, he has no livestock so there's simply no justifiable reason that he would have purchased it, unless for nefarious reasons....IMO.
Try to approach this impartially. Imagine if you were charged with defending DM, what would be the first thing you wanted to know? what questions would you ask?
Was DM identified by and confirmed as being on the property by Tim's wife?
Who purchased the burner phone? where is it? who were the other calls made to?
Who is the person who allegedly gave these two suspicious individuals a test drive in Etobicoke? Why did he wait for the police to contact him?
Who purchased or rented the incinerator? when was it rented or purchased? for what?
Who stands to benefit from DM being sent to prison for life?
Did the person who saw the trailer being dropped off at the mother's house actually see DM or did he just assume it was him?
These questions need to be answered, no conclusions should be drawn until they are.

A lawyer looking to gain his own notoriety through this case. As a criminal, it may be good advice. But facing a 1st degree murder charge I would start talking, to make things possibly easier on myself in the long run. Maybe try to cut a deal. His lawyer is just after the notoriety
I imagine that it can also be used for errant wildlife. Raccoons, opossums, skunks...and to purchase it way back in July of last year only to have something happen now seems a bit of a reach for me. Like I said, "benefit of the doubt" until we have a clearer picture. Although as I type this I have a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. In any event, I hope the murders rot in he//
Don't you think that's a bit extreme, to spend $7000 on a large livestock incinerator just to get rid of some common pests? And why would he have cared, it doesn't sound like he ever really spent time on this farm; it's not like he lived there or was performing any kind of farming operation. Plus to me it would seem rather ironic, considering his parents' alleged concern for wildlife/animals that their son would go to such extremes to get rid of pests. How many raccoons can there be if it's essentially an unoccupied farm and you'd think no sources of food around? Don't 'coons usually go where there are sources of food?
I also wonder if there were unusual goings-on at the farm in general (trucks coming and going, etc) that made the neighbors curious about just why a young man would purchase such a farm but not actually use it for farming operations. Perhaps that's part of why the one neighbor was snooping around and saw and took a pic of the incinerator.
I've worked with lawyers (not directly with Criminal defence, but in the same offices) in Ontario. One of our criminal defence lawyers B was defending a guy on pedophile charges where it was pretty apparent to everyone else in the office that the guy was guilty as sin. One day when B arrived at the office, I asked him "how can you defend this #$% knowing all that we know". His absolute 100% sincere answer was "Because everyone deserves a defence". That same criminal defence lawyer is now a well-respected provincial judge in Ontario ... and a good and decent human being.
Another lawyer (now deceased) I am familiar with in DM's neck of the woods was on ongoing retainer with organized crime.
Not all red-headed boys are bad ... but some are
I just tried to mimick pointing a gun at my eye. You're right, it's very awkward. Even if I moved my arm further from my head. Plus, I'd be afraid I might miss! I know it's a longshot (no pun intended) to miss, but just the idea would scare me. It's much easier (and accurate I think) to aim towards the centre of your head/face, if you're doing it yourself. Creepy and I don't plan on ever making that motion again. Very creepy of what it could mean.

seems to me that there were illegal slaughterhouse operations in Vaughan some years back and this article is recent
Could I add - Is there anything else that's interesting about the neighbor with the information about the truck in DM's mother's driveway?
(My bold in ExiledRed's provocative post above. The old adage, "Follow the money" is the case here, I'm willing to bet on that.)
Did the neighbor who reported saw the trailer being parked in the driveway of DM's Mom's house ever indicate what kind/color of vehicle that was connected to the trailer? Given that it's an affluent neighborhood and not a usual occurrence for someone to be parking an auto trailer in someone's driveway, you'd think that neighbor or one of the other neighbors would have heard it all taking place, looked out and saw the truck towing the trailer.
As well, given that the trailer was parked so unbelievable close to the big garage door one would think that someone was guiding the driver of the truck as he backed the trailer in........particularly if it was dark out at that time. And even experienced drivers (those with experience backing a long auto trailer connected to a truck), I would think, are not going to get it parked just right on the first attempt; I would think they might have to make a few attempts to get the trailer in the right spot and close enough to big garage door but not hitting garage door.
Come to think of it, does anyone else think that if WM decided to take his own life, he'd just wander out to the hangar one fine day, go up above the clouds and take himself out from a place he loved to be?
Clue here if they did it without a spotter. Someone who drives such things around for a living or "hobby" (i.e. trucking, racing?). It is possible, dh has done it, and I work across from a depot and there some drivers who take forever to get it right, and others who are amazing and get it done in one shot with no spotter (I think that's wrong to not have a spotter, but whatever, it's not my place to tell someone what they're doing wrong, in the name of safety at least).
Does anyone else find it strange that, given the notoriety and prominence of the Millard family, that there really was nothing written in the past about WM having committed suicide? Can things like this really be kept out of the media? ...
