Same working theory that I have WG. DM will not say as he would be telling on himself and it may explain why LE hasn't brought the person in yet.

I think you might be onto something there!!! Runaways who are pretty young things might be enticed into making some $$ for whatever 'acting/modeling" gig they might be offered by a handsome tall young man charming them into believing he's an agent etc.

Common tactic for luring thruway/runaway girls into the ''Life"

Also, if you've visited www.thedirty.com and see the discussions there about LB, one person claims they saw someone like her working at (what I presume to be a strip club) a club in Vegas called the Rhino or something like that....and then another friend thanks them for this tip and says they'll check it out. Struck me as odd unless the friend thought it was realistic to believe she could have been working as a stripper?

I read that too..thought that was a bit strange that she would even consider the thought

"You don't suppose this nice respectable home spun lad was running a chop shop out of his nice hanger, and his dad flew auto parts in an old DC3, like father like son?"

It's a curious comment like he knew the dad. Maybe WM, was involved in illegal activities? jmo!

It's unfortunate that LB's disappearance was written off so quickly, because of a "high risk lifestyle". If you read those comments on "thedirty" those worried about her thought she would turn up eventually.

Is it possible that THAT particular truck could be "modified" in such a manner to bring back the goods, hidden within?

My opinion is that it would not be used for that purpose. Unless they were able to remaster a new VIN for the truck, they would not be able to license and insure it ie. you don't register stolen vehicles.

Either this truck was going to be used for parts, or they had a purpose of using it to commit further crimes in the local area that required hauling. It may have been destined to become a "phantom vehicle". Repaint, remove the running boards, and other modifications to remove the former configuration so it can't be identified. MOO

Interesting, indeed.

Just wondering............if a private pilot owns a large plane and was wanting to fly hot/stolen parts from abroad into Canada, because it's his private plane, would the contents in his cargo hold ever be subject to inspection and providing proof of paperwork to verify parts weren't illegal? What kind of inspections, if any, take place for private planes like this?

interesting that Maragarita Shumakova (above) was friends with Mila Johnson (they lived together briefly; I can't remember if it was in foster care or a group home or one of the families took the other in, or...?) , who also went missing, and whose remains (sadly) have recently been found in the Niagara River. LE is claiming no foul play (!?).
