Ianman..........the night in question I was at Tim Hortons. Across from PJ highschool if they had stayed on the road which leads to downtown,

I was sitting out fron on our motorcyles with a bunch of other riders...............I left around 10 maybe and head home down Clobourne Street and acroos the lorne bridge to west Brant and my home.............I'm curious if that's the path of ytrtavel they took.

I bet that suspect #2 and any other possible suspects have lawyered up. And are now working out a deal with the Crown in exchange for their testimony against DM. ie. Karla Holmoka

Perhaps that's why the police haven't released descriptions of the suspects, because they already have them in custody.

That wouldn't come as a surprise to me.

This one is going to be a whopper when it does all come before the courts.

The last ping on TB's cellphone before the battery was pulled was at Rymal and Highway 52 according to the first alert that went out on facebook.

I looked on Google maps and could not find where these two roads intersect.

Rymal is on the west side of Hamilton; 53 would be Garner road there?

At any rate, this cell tower would have been east of the Bosmas'

OH...Rymal Road would be Garner Road...and right at that intersection there's a large industrial park...IMO they may have turned towards Ancaster and then turned into the industrial park...it's extremely quiet at night...almost eery...could they have gone into one of the buildings there? There's all sorts of small manufacturers...and car places in there...that would explain the length of time it took to get to Brantford...

Yes agreed, definitely a plan, but whose plan and who was in on it and who was not? Was anyone being framed? Could the plan have involved getting rid of DM? Was TB a case of mistaken identity? Did someone think he was DM? I have a hunch DM was used as some kind of catalyst in this situation. It's possible someone wanted payback . Basically this case is far from straightforward, its very strange

DM's burner phone was used to contact both sellers.
DM's tattoo linked him to the first test drive
They hid the 2nd vehicle that was to follow them
Both phones are shut off around the same time
TB ends up dead
His truck is found is DM's trailer on DM's mothers property
TB's remains are found on DM's farm burned beyond recognition

How far from straight forward can this possibly be?

Did DM photograph other models in his hanger? Did he videotape things too?

DM has been in custody for about 10 days now. Where is the co-conspirator? Is this enough time to "be missing" if he is dead? I haven't heard anything about another missing male. Is the person "living life" at home? Has this person already left the country?

Its still there, he's down to 6 friends and only two of those are visible.

Its possible that people have removed themselves or have been legally required to remove themselves because they are the people that DM has been ordered not to have any contact with.

exactly and somebodys fb page went down quick.For someone computer savvy, they would know removing it, it would not remove everything and especially fb.

Forgive me if this question was posed in any of the earlier threads, though I have not seen it posed in threads 5 and 6, but AFAIC from MSM and police reports, DM was only confirmed as being at the FIRST targeted man's test drive in Etobicoke and that is where the description of him (and more importantly, his tattoo) came from. Nothing other than a tall man with dark blonde/light brown hair and a shorter man was described by SB. So with this, another angle that the defense might try (regarding the framing theories that have been swirling around these past few threads) is that DM actually was not at TB's. Someone here wrote that DM was the one behind the wheel in the test drive, but what test drive? The earlier man in Etobicoke's truck, or TB's? I don't believe this given the other evidence like phone records and where TB and his truck were found, but I do want to clear this up for myself.

OK...those are the Fairgrounds camera's...not too many people know that they're there...that would be about 2 minutes from TB's house...but instead of going straight to Brantford...there's a possibility they turned right...and into the very dark, quiet & large industrial park...within a mile from the house

The only inkling in my mind is the tattoo. The police said the ambition had a black border around it and I have not seen a picture depicting that yet. Doesn't mean he didn't get it done recently and just not pictures of it IMO.
Also location of tattoo. Police said it was where one would wear a watch. In my head I pictured that way further down than where DM's tattoos appear to be in pictures I have seen.

I dont think it is clear cut. TB owns a truck. Someone and maybe two or three others show up at his home. We do not know for sure that they went there to buy a truck. That so far is an assumption. We do not know if DM was one of them because I have not heard that SB has identified anyone. We can safely say she has not reported seeing a tattoo. We do know that a guy from the day before suggested it may be same guys who allegedly came to his home, he says one of those two had a tattoo.

Basically we have no idea exactly of who went there, where they got out or what happened.

What we do know is, that TB was murdered, DM's trailer was parked at his mothers house and TB was taken to DM's land either dead or soon to be.

We have another guy SL trying to implicate DM in the case of a missing girl while he himself keeps tabs on everything to do with the girl which is absolutely not his business and which he should have no access to whatsoever. It seems that SL is trying to suggest that DM is capable of murder. Yet SL has not made this suggestion until now, even tho his EX went missing eleven moths ago.

So the only facts we have are in bold, please advise if anything is missed out.

Went for a drive tonight after dinner and to see some of the fireworks... and they are out in the country... hang tight, going somewhere...

It is slightly overcast here so at 9:20pm when we were on the back roads, no street lights, it was dark but, not DARK... I could see driveways with gravel like they were lit and the houses that had an outside, porch light on, you would have no problem navigating whether on foot or in a vehicle, to and from a property like TB's house, in fact I saw a house with a similar driveway and layout here.

So the suggestion that it might have been too dark to take a vehicle down an unknown driveway and to try to back out... if it was that dark, how did the two guys walk all the way down from the road?

Someone else, sorry I didn't grab your handle as I read up on the postings since earlier... I think there is credibility to the "dry run" theory you offered up...

Do a "test run" to "work out the bugs" and fully knowing, you need to do it in the cloak of darkness... AND bring the 2nd vehicle.

The plan was always to get the truck... we know from the LE reports given, TB died in the truck and LE believes it was shortly after he was taken for the ride, they also said they believe there was a struggle.

Having done a "dry run" the day before, this time, get the guy in the truck, take the cell, pull the battery, drive off.... but, he struggled, whether from someone strangling him from the back seat, or trying to jump out... we have to wait for the evidence to be presented.

They wanted the truck... if it was just about killing TB, then they would have taken the truck out and dumped it, fried it with gasoline and destroyed any and all evidence they could... looking at their actions, I am convinced they wanted the truck, the reasons, we will have to wait to find out.

I know one thing that might be an error and a good one, on the part of each of us here... we are not wired like those who commit these kinds of crimes toward innocent people...

My "opinion" based on the evidence that the LE provided in Media statements and sources close to the investigation is that it was the truck they wanted.

at the moment we dont know who did what ....pure speculation until more facts come out.

Just about spot on for the cell phone termination and the parking lot on Trinity, 7000 ft from TB residence.

Find Trinity, look East towards airport keep going find rymal follow it to it changes to Garner rd West to 52 hwy intersection.

Has it been established as fact that the burner phone was used by or belonged to DM?

If not, referring to it as 'DM's burner phone' might well mislead future posters into thinking that it has.
