Dave Agar of Newtalk 1010 tweets: CBC TO has learned police close to making more "arrests" in Tim Bosma murder. Offered no other info.
CBC was the one that reported "more remains found". I wonder if they are using their same "source".

How many people take a mental note of every truck and its plate, that passes through Brantford? This witness is claiming to have seen this truck BEFORE the information was in the media. In fact possibly before any crime had taken place for all we know ! IF this witness saw TB's truck then they MUST have known TB and known of his truck.
The witness said they SAW the truck BEFORE the MSM released anything and possibly BEFORE any crime was committed. Either they KNEW TB or they are a very gifted psychic.
From the article:
"Hamilton police have confirmed that they are dealing with only a single set of human remains at the Waterloo region farm of Dellen Millard."
After all that hard work, must have been animal remains !!
That statement is itself a logical fallacy.
If the car is white, so the engine MUST be white.
You are assuming someone has to "know" the vehicle owner to be able to remember and describe the vehicle.
Not to mention the fallacy in your first sentence.

Nope, not me...but probably someone just as awesome who paid attention to their surroundings - even late in the evening ;o)
Thank you. Also, there's a thread for the "DM is innocent" conspiracy theories.

Anyone can describe a vehicle, but not everyone can say it belonged to a certain someone, especially if the details were not released for another day or so later.
I can understand someone saying they saw a black truck, even say the model etc, but how would they know it was not just another truck? They would have to have certain information to be able to say beyond a doubt that the truck was the truck that was being searched for. It seems to me that many here have already decided what is real and what is not and anything that conflicts with those opinions is ridiculed and called fallacy. I would like to know exactly what the witness saw and how he/she identified it as TB's. If I were a juror on said case I would want to know. If this truck was captured on CCTV that would be another matter.

Its a shame they didnt notice the truck supposedly following it too and follow them, that would have been even more spectacular :drumroll:
Im not a dodge guy but I do rather like to see other chevy trucks so I can understand why a person could have a reliable memory of seeing a certain dodge...perhaps he/she owned one ... and as far as seeing it before MSM had released info and being a local I know the posters were everywhere I seen them at work so getting back to the memorie had I seen a really nice truck on Mon night then seeing it plastered on every post in town ...Yeah it might jog a persons memorie
JMO
Maybe they did. Remember, LE hasn't reveled everything to us, nor should they be required to at this point in time (if ever). Let's not assume that we have all the facts. We can speculate and try to piece things together but we should always remember that speculation and assumption are just that, speculation and assumption, until proven otherwise. And yes, I follow my own advice![]()
And maybe Waterloo or OPP is dealing with another set of remains?
The fact that you are saying any suggestion that an accused is innocent makes for a Conspiracy Theory is quite alarming. Since when is someone not presumed innocent? I sincerely hope you are never a juror with that way of thinking.
Yes it might jog a memory to remember a certain type truck. But would it jog it enough to remember the plate number??
