I found a case on Doe Network that is quite interesting, not to say the least.

On May 22, 2003, this man was located in the woods off of Humberwood Boulevard in Toronto, Ontario. He was huddled under an overturned park bench, and had been seen alive prior to his death, indicating that he may have been living in the park

Clothing and accessories - Black, Size 9, leather boots. Green pants, Size 34. Blue, size medium Long Johns. White underwear. Grey shirt; white t-shirt. He had a bus ticket and a lighter in his pocket and an empty bottle of Listerine mouthwash was also found.

(WARNING: PHOTOGRAPHS OF HIS BODY SHOW UP, THEY ARE VERY GRAPHIC!!!!!!!!)

(WARNING: CONTAINS A CLOSE UP OF THE VICTIM'S FACE, REALLY GRAPHIC!!!!!!!!!!

poor guy :( he looks really thin and gaunt. maybe had a congenital condition? 5'1" is very short for an adult man.
at a glance I don't think theyre a facial match, but a black man who was 4'11" disappeared the year prior in Quebec. Link said he was a drug user. I assume they've compared this UID to him before though? Or maybe ruled it out due to Mendes having "good teeth" in 2002.

Just remembered I posted this 2 years ago; I'm a lot more brave now, so I sent RCMP a quick e-mail tip about Mendes. :p I also changed my mind, I think they're a good facial match if he had a ROUGH one year and lost 20lbs.

'Investigators are appealing for help identifying a man – now believed to be from Grenada – who was found dead in a park in Rexdale more than 22 years ago. '
''The man, who likely died a day or two before he was discovered, is believed to have been 50 to 60 years old at the time of his death – so he was likely born in the 1940s or 1950s.

“Investigative Genetic Genealogy has shown that this man was from Grenada, likely from the Birch Grove area in the parish of St. Andrew,” police said in a statement released Thursday.''
