"Toronto police are reopening three unsolved sexual assault cases from the 1990s in an effort to catch a suspect who they say was 18-20 then and in his mid-30s today.

Two sexual assaults are alleged to have happened on Nov. 27, 1995 and Feb. 20, 1996, between 6 p.m. and 7:20 p.m., near Milliken Wells Plaza at 240 Alton Towers Circle, and a third sexual assault is said to have happened on March 4, 1996, at approximately 10:20 p.m., at the Woodside Plaza at McCowan Road and Finch Avenue East. "

"At the time of the incidents, the suspect was described as brown, 18-20 5’5″ – 5’8″, 130-140 lbs., thin build, long face, clean shaven, smooth skin, slightly curly black short hair above the ears and right handed. Today, he would be in his mid-to-late 30’s. The minivan was described as an older model Chrysler, possibly a 1990-1996, two-tone light-brown, possible grey or beige interior with tinted windows. - the suspect then approached each woman and told her that he was having mechanical problems with his mini-van

- the suspect requested each woman's assistance

- each woman exited her vehicle and went to the right side of the suspect's mini-van

- the suspect then forced the women into his mini-van

- he entered the mini-van behind each woman, through the passenger-side sliding door and closed it behind him

- the women were then sexually assaulted and subsequently released"
