Police are appealing to the public for help identifying a body that was pulled from Lake Ontario over the weekend.

Police received a call for a person in the waters of Lake Ontario near Billy Bishop Airport at around 9 a.m. on Saturday.

The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance identifying a body found.

On Saturday, June 25, 2016, at 9 a.m., police responded to a call for a person in Lake Ontario, near Billy Bishop Airport.

The man was pulled from the water but was pronounced at the scene.

He is described as 45-55, approximately 5’9”, 160 lbs., with short black-and-grey hair, and a black-and-grey beard. He was wearing a grey long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and aqua-blue running shoes with orange stripes.

This man went missing from Montreal in May.
