The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance identifying a person who was located deceased.
On Sunday, April 2, 2023, at approximately 6 p.m., police were called to the Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue area.
It is reported that:

• a person was located in a stairwell deceased
• the person was carrying no form of identification

They are described as having curly hair, longer on top, shorter on the sides. They were wearing jean shorts, grey jogging pants, grey, white and blue sneakers, a blue and black jacket, and had a red and white bag.
An investigation has revealed that this person was at an ATM near 2346 Yonge Street on Friday March 31, 2023, at 8:50 p.m. Security camera images are available. In addition, an artist's rendition is available, created by the Toronto Police Service - Forensic Identification Services.

Artist rendering, photos released to identify dead person in Toronto

Investigators have released an artist’s rendering in an effort to identify a person found dead in a midtown Toronto stairwell two weeks ago.

If they were at an ATM one can assume they had a debit card on them? Maybe their wallet was stolen before they were brought to police attention. Would the bank not be able to run a report on which accounts were accessed at that ATM?
