I wonder what's wrong with the scottie?

strange choice of dogs to dognap.

why strange choice?
aside from selling them or trading them for drugs, they could also be used a dogbait in dogfighting rings and worse

why do you think there's something wrong with the terrier?

A male suspect is still outstanding. The male is described as white, 30 to 40 years old, with a medium build.
