Unconscious woman sexually assaulted at Kennedy Station: police

"Toronto police said they are searching for a man accused of sexually assaulting an unconscious woman at Kennedy Station.

According to investigators, a 40-year-old woman was lying on the ground outside of the station at around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.

As people walked by, a man allegedly sexually assaulted the woman".

"Police say a witness tried to stop the alleged assault by yelling at the man, who then walked away.

Police say the male suspect is described as being about 60 years old, with pale skin, a large build and short white hair.

They say he was wearing a black shirt, black pants and a beige-and-white fedora.

Police are asking witnesses to come forward."

She was unconscious....and sexually assaulted....AS PEOPLE WALKED BY??? I just can’t even.

The description of the suspect wearing a beige and white fedora is pretty specific, so hopefully he will be easy to find.

"Security camera images of a man wanted in connection with the sexual assault of an unconscious woman at Kennedy Station earlier this month have been released by investigators.

A 40-year-old woman was lying on the ground outside of the subway station at around 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 1, according to police.

As people walked by, a man allegedly sexually assaulted the woman."
"According to investigators, he was last seen wearing a black T-shirt tucked into black pants with a brown leather belt, black shoes with worn soles and a fedora-style beige-and-white hat".

1. Sexual Assault
2. Indecent Act

He is scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, 2 p.m., in room 407."
