Valentev, 37, was last seen on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 in the Finch Avenue West and Jane Street area.
Valentev is described as white, 6’0” tall, 154 lbs, thin build, hazel eyes, unshaven and brown hair.
Police are concerned for their safety.
