OPP in Essex County are reporting a missing man.

''Police are asking the public for help to find 32-year-old Victor Paz Lozoya.

According to police, he is about 5'11" tall, 190lbs with short black hair.''

According to the article below (in Spanish), he has been working in Canada for three years while his family (parents, ex-wife and his children) live in Mexico. He was texting with his parents on New Year's Eve. When they couldn't reach him the next morning, they called his boss who went to check on him, but he wasn't home. Hi car was found abandoned the same day, about an hour an a half from his residence.

ETA: In another article, his father states that he last contacted his son via WhatsApp on Dec 31 at 10:04pm. Another message, sent to him before midnight, was not received. His car was found on Jan 3 in LaSalle in Essex County, Ontario, parked on Morton Drive.

Remains of missing Leamington man found in LaSalle
''WINDSOR, ONT. -- Ontario Provincial Police say they have identified human remains found in LaSalle over the weekend.

Police say the remains are of missing person Victor Paz-Lozoya of Leamington, Ont.

Paz-Lozoya was last spoken to on New Years Eve and was reported missing on Jan. 4.''
