The Toronto Police Service requests the public's assistance locating a missing man.
Vincent Garel, 67, was last seen on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at 8 a.m., in the King Street West and Dunn Avenue area.
He is described as 5’8”, 160 lbs., with a medium build, salt and pepper hair in cornrows, and a short goatee. He was last seen wearing a blue and white shirt, and black ripped jeans.
Police are concerned for his safety.
