The Prince Albert Police Service (PAPS) is asking for help locating a missing 14-year-old boy with disabilities.

Wayne Soloman Michel, who has no arms, has been missing for some time.

Michel is believed to be in Prince Albert, but could also be in Deschambault Lake or Pelican Narrows.

Comments following the story are very interesting, Saying he was pretty much being held against his will in some group home. So sounds like he ran away..but it is scary that something could have happened to him , arms or no arms he needs to be found asap! I hope his situation gets better in all ways. Isn't this an area where there are bears also?

Unbelievable. Who was responsible for this young man? He's 14 afterall. Ugh!
