The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing man.

William Boulby, 66, was last seen on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at 3:00 p.m., in the area of Islington Avenue at Elmhurst Drive.

He is described as 6’1”, 180 lbs., with a fair complexion, thin build, brown eyes, and has grey short hair and a grey beard. He was last wearing a blue, Blue Jays t-shirt, dark pants, brown leather shoes, and he was using a black metal walker.
