56-year-old William Neil was shot dead near Yarker on February 14, 1992.

''Lennox and Addington OPP announced on Tuesday that they are putting up $50,000 if someone can help them solve the 1992 murder of William Neil.
Neil was found dead in a single-vehicle crash on Cutler Rd. near Yarker on Valentine's Day.
Investigators say the 56-year-old was fatally shot and a firearm was found discarded near the scene.
They say the investigation traced his actions in the hours leading up to his death.
Investigators say he was seen leaving his business east of Odessa visibly upset after receiving a phone call.''
