Those are very clear images -- I expect he'll be recognized and picked up sooner rather than later, especially given the seriousness of the charges. Don't know the area well but Osborne seems to be a pretty lively place with restos and boutiques and he may well have been spotted between fires.

Yes, the suspect has been caught. How the police, with supposedly trained eyes and clear video and images to look at, were off by 20 yrs. on the age of the guy is beyond me.
