Xuannoong Lyu, 24, was last seen in August, 2020, in the City of Toronto.
He described as 5'8", 180 lbs., with a medium build, light complexion, dark hair, and brown eyes. He is known to wear glasses. There are no clothing descriptions available at this time.
Police are concerned for his safety.
