Police in Franklin County are searching for a missing juvenile.
The Chambersburg Police Department is looking for Carlos Rosado-Morales.
Carlos was last seen by household members on Monday morning.
Carlos has brown eyes and black hair. He is 5 feet, 6 inches tall. He was last seen wearing all black.
If you have any information on Carlos' whereabouts, you are asked to contact the Chambersburg Police Department.
