McClendon, Holdren and Thompson were charged with the murder of Michael Montgomery and the attempted murder of Keith Logan in Long Branch on Nov. 21, 2006. Holdren and Thompson were also charged with Conspiracy to Commit and Attempting to Commit the Murder of Michael Stallworth on Dec. 28, 2006, in Lakewood. Zachery Butts was charged with Possession of a Handgun for an Unlawful Purpose. All of the men also faced or are facing Racketeering and Conspiracy charges during this time period due to their involvement with the Bloods street gang and associated criminal behavior.

I was looking at another horrific murder case, and I came across this old article about that other case. I couldn't help but note the similarity in the tormenting of the victims' family members. In an especially cruel twist, Regina Walters' father had received anonymous phone calls, both at work and at his unlisted home number, a month after her disappearance.
The caller told Walters, "I made some changes. I cut her hair." He also told Walters that his daughter was in a barn loft, and when Walters asked if she was alive, the caller hung up.

The uninterpreted facts are amazing: Nearly 100 percent of sexual sadists studied so far--only 30--have been Caucasian males. One case involved an African-American adopted at birth by a white couple. Of the sadists who'd served in the military, they'd overwhelmingly been in the ground forces. Most had occupations that involved contact with the public. Excessive driving, or driving with no clear goal, or driving long distances, characterized 40 percent of the men. Eighty-three percent collected items related to sexual or violent themes, or both. The most common collectible is , followed by guns, bondage paraphernalia and detective magazines. Nearly 75 percent murdered a victim.

Close to half were married at the time of their known offenses, usually to a "compliant partner," who is the victim of many of the sadist's tortures, which he later plays out to the extreme with strangers.

What happened to the Chinelle Brown thread?

This doesnt make sense. The man who first saw the bag that contained chinelle's head on his lawn, Jonathan Grier days later had his nephew murdered with A MACHETE by his neighbor David Sadler. I'm thinking David Sadler was involved with Leah Cuevas and she may have dumped chinelle's head on Sadler's neighbor bushes because Sadler was involved. Is really a coincidence: Grier finds the head of Brown dismembered with a machete on his front lawn. Within days Grier's nephew is hacked to death with Machete by neighbor. Did Leah Cuevas really murder, dismember, and spread Brown's body all by herself? Doesnt add up.

Machete and squatters from seaslug...how close to chinelle Brown's "crack house". Body Parts Are Found

Detectives found decomposed body parts and a headless body in two East New York crackhouses yesterday in what police say they believe are separate incidents.

Cleaners at an abandoned building at 2743 Fulton St. found a skull and hands in a refrigerator at 11 a.m., police said. More body parts, believed to be about two months old, were found in the basement.

Police said the building is a known drug location.

Forty-five minutes after those body parts were found, a woman at 647 Belmont Ave. found a headless body under a mattress. A machete was nearby, police said. - Melanie Lefkowitz

The medical examiner has ruled a homicide the death of a woman whose skeletal remains were found in a refrigerator last year.

In February 2002, workmen were cleaning out an abandoned building at 2743 Fulton St. in East New York and discovered the remains while hauling the refrigerator to a Dumpster.

Since then, the medical examiner has been trying to identify the woman to determine the circumstances surrounding her death. Based on recent information, &#8220;it&#8217;s our best choice now to say that this is a homicide,&#8221; said ME

As CBS 2&#8217;s Tony Aiello reported, the driver is telling people Cuevas seemed absolutely normal, wasn&#8217;t nervous at all on the ride out to Brentwood with that heavy suitcase in the trunk. At one point she even asked the driver to stop at a gas station so she could buy lottery tickets.

&#8220;He took her to Brentwood where he then helped her unload the bag, put it on the hand truck, and he saw she left it behind a home,&#8221; Mateo said.

CBS 2 has learned that Cuevas&#8217; sister lives on a street near Bay Shore High School. Homeowners said police have been going door-to-door asking what residents might have seen or heard in the days right before Browne&#8217;s torso and legs were found near a Fire Island Ferry parking lot.

Police said that Cuevas had been posing as the landlord of the Brownsville apartment where Browne lived. Investigators told CBS 2 that Cuevas was not the landlord, but had forged the deed for the property naming her the owner when the real owner died.

Do you really think Leah Cuevas was running this scam all by herself? No! Her husband is likely to be involved and there may be more property ownership fraud connected to the other dismemberments. We are not getting the full picture here.
