omg HAHAHA I'm kinda familiar with the artist that someone asked about in the link- lol small world. Anyway, since she didn't answer I'm thinking that's a "no" and we shouldn't go posting his photo on here. As an FYI, burlap isn't used by fine artists unless they are using it was part of a prop-like sculpture. It's used in props and scenery building though to create texture and wrap forms. In fine art shipping it's unlikely it'd be used much if at all. Lighter weight, "cleaner" packing materials that won't scuff or shed are preferred, and moving blankets do a better job than burlap. It may have been used more widely for shipping way back when before advances were made in materials.
(I know a fair number of art handlers, theatrical artisans, and fine artists- which is what I'm basing this on).
