March 2008.... Quite a few things happened in March 2008...
To list a few,

-Cindy closes the account cutting off Casey money supply IMO this must have really pissed Casey off.
-internet searchers,(neck breaking, chloroform, household weapons, shovel)
-Casey unable to go out St Patty's day..
-Casey gets check for her bday from Plesea grandparents...(where to get the money to pay bills now SOLVED..used routing number from check)
-Casey downloads One Tree Hill 100th episode about the child/nanny kidnapping
And she started taking Caylee and staying at RM's house Feb thru April.

Just speculation here but maybe every time CA mentioned getting custody of Caylee, KC brought up the name of Caylee's actual father and how Caylee might be better off with him? Very strange because something kept CA from having KC locked up. I do not think there would have been much of a fight from KC. Something is very, very strange about not wanting the paternal family to have anything to do with Caylee. Unless the father is fully aware and signs over full custody of the child, or there are some serious abuse problems, it is wrong to keep her from her other family.

Remember KC told LE in her Universal interview that if she did not want her child she would have let her parents take Caylee. I just thought that was an odd thing to say and it says alot about the last conversation KC had had with her mother. Plus we hear CA in the police phone call mentioning "what we talked about" referencing Caylee. jmo

Thanks
I was searching the calendar threads to see if one was made up for March 2008 and if we put entries in it...I don't think we have one for March 2008.

The SA will be arguing pre-meditation IMO then the events of March 2008 will come into play..
Why did Casey to start researching chloroform, neck breaking etc...this seems to be the month she began thinking of doing harm according to those searches.

I also wondered if identifying the father had anything to do with what she said to CA in the jail visit...."Don't worry, I haven't said anything'. Whatever was behind that statement is big, secret info I think.

Yes but Cindy had said "we forgive you for anything you have said or done".

March 14 Cindy closes account

March 18 or 19 - KC starts looking up neckbreaking, etc.

That is pure hate.

You close the account on me; I will kill Caylee.

Things were beginning to erupt in the Anthony home in March from what we can see, probably February too. I do think CA did start butting heads with her about the stealing etc. I am suspicious that the biggest issue that sparked the flames was when ICA began to take Caylee overnight to RM's in February. I totally believe CA DID make that phonecall in the middle of the night to have her bring Caylee home in April, which she did, according to RM. I would bet a threat of some sort was included in that call. According to his interview, ICA began staying w/ Caylee 4-5 nights a week starting the 2nd week of February. http://blogs.discovery.com/files/18530334-1.pdf

Okay, now let me say this about the calling to tell her to come home. I thought I read, but where I don't know, that it came out that Cindy was NOT home that night; that she was visiting her family - father and mother. Either in the FBI or the LE interview. But that does not mean that Cindy did not call her. Also, they can easily check the phone records. Possibly Cindy called her from her mother's home and told her to bring the baby home. Who knows, the whole family lies so much.

yes, she starts staying out around February. FIVE NIGHTS A WEEK, no job, no money, except what she steals from Cindy and Cindy lets it happen.

Who was taking care of the baby - (I know they were feeding her and changing the diapers) BUT WHO IS TAKING CARE OF HER. Cindy did not do her job.

I know she didn't kill her, KC did and is ultimately responsible, but if I were Cindy, I would be drinkin right now.

I don't believe RM could remember exactly when it was other than some time in April. He just remembers that Caylee was there everytime ICA was, except for the 1 time incident in April when he woke up and ICA was there, but Caylee was gone.

I am going to say that Cindy "had" tremendous guilt on July 16th. Something happened in 24 hours to make her say Caylee is alive and KC is trying to save us.

What I think happened was Cindy was saving herself from the overwhelming Guilt of not taking care of Caylee. She knew when KC left sometimes five days in a row with Caylee that it was wrong, that KC had no job - no money - so how was she taking care of her. She let all that happen. So the guilt had to be tremendous and somewhere along the line, she said no this is not working for me, no way. Caylee is alive and KC is innocent.

Although, Mark Fuhrman says when he went to the house he said "you know she is dead" and George shook his head yes and cried and Cindy just stared. Sean Krauss (who has since died) says he told Cindy he believed KC murdered Caylee and she did not hang up on him, she was silent. He took that for agreement.

So, no matter how much denial she is in, there is a very strong part of her that knows KC murdered her child and that she let the ball drop, and there is nothing worse than that. No wonder she is reading that Bible.

And remember she is not above implicating the innocent. She tried again on the stand - making reference to the "fact" that Amy said she had only been to Tony's house once but was able to go right to it when she brought Cindy there. That was a statement she made to Yuri and the FBI and found it very odd. She also got it in at the latest hearing.

So when I sometimes feel sorry for her, I realize she can be quite destructive STILL in implicating innocent people like Amy who did nothing but try to help her find KC.

But maybe a shrink would say this goes along with her illness (because Cindy is most definitely ill, imo) and she is in profound denial.

Personally, I don't for one minute believe that CA thinks Caylee is still alive and that KC is innocent. She is not stupid. She knows that Caylee is not alive. She knows how they determined that the bones found were Caylee's. She has even contradicted this belief more than once in statements that she has made. You can't have it both ways. If she truly believed that Caylee was still alive, she would not be wearing her burial jewelry. She would not have made a memorial shrine out of her bedroom and belongings. She would be out there looking for Caylee instead of presiding over all of KC's hearings.

She also doesn't believe that KC is innocent. If she did, she would not be as concerned with her hearings because she would know that right was on her side.

CA is not as crazy as people believe that she is. She is cold and calculating and using Caylee as she has always done. She thinks that saying that she believes that Caylee is alive will garner more sympathy for her and place doubt in the minds of potential jurors that KC killed Caylee.

It is hard to feel sorry for someone who is not only bald faced lying but trying to pull something over on each and every one of us.

She may feel regret that this terrible thing happened to Caylee, that her daughter did it, and that there is nothing that she can do about it now, but she does not feel guilt about what some feel was her role in everything that happened. She does not put any stock in what others say about her and she does not see that anything that she may have done in the raising and disciplining or not of KC was wrong. Basically, she thinks that we are all the crazy ones.

She just can't see what we see at all.

George was treated the same by both CA and ICA. They were the powerful forces in the household, themselves in a duel for control. I think Cindy did all she could to make sure ICA and George remained dependent on her. She allowed so much so they wouldn't leave her. Cindy desperately needs to be in control of everyone. I think she feared loss of control more than potential loss of her husband and daughter. I believe she feared loss of Caylee for more emotional/love reasons, but for control of her as well. It's odd and delusional how allowing them to steal her money puts CA in a position of control in her mind, when in reality Cindy is NOT in control if she has to allow this to keep them there.

According to the above timeline, (all I could find right now) Ricardo says it was April 1st. I will try to find more. But still this does not mean that Cindy did not call her. She could have called from her mother's home and told her to bring the baby home.

The woman lies so much about everything it is incredible. But she knows she is lying because you could tell on the stand when she lied about Yuri interviewing KC - she said he was at times and stuttered "intimidating". She absolutely knew she was lying then.

ITA! IMO her issues are WORSE then Casey's.

Her daughter learned everything she knows from her mother.

Of course she does. She has not been in denial for a long time even though she is still playing that for what it is worth. I don't think she was ever in denial personally. CA is playing the sympathy card at every opportunity and what better way than to convince people that Caylee is still alive or that she at least thinks that she is. And of course, if Caylee is still alive then KC must be innocent.

It is all a bunch of hooey and what amazes me is that people actually fall for her poor pitiful me routine.

Like when she got caught lying on the stand the other day and she blamed it on her medication. I call BS. She is not now remembering things that she did not remember before either. She is playing a part and trying to rewrite history but that bell has been rung and she can't unring it.

I don't think that the SA will but I would love to see them try CA, GA, and LA for tampering with evidence, hendering an investigation, lying to LE, and anything else that they can come up with. If they don't, these 3 will continue if life thinking that they can do or say anthing and walk away without any consequences.

They are all a piece of work.

100% - I agree she KNOWS, but she is denying so I say she is in denial. She absolutely knows KC killed Caylee; she absolutely knows why (jealously and hate for Cindy) and she absolutely knows she is lying on the stand and has every intention of continuing to do so.

When I say she is i n denial, I mean she is gong to defend rather than admit. I was not clear.

I agree with you and I think most do also.

ITA! IMO her issues are WORSE then Casey's.

Her daughter learned everything she knows from her mother.

And therein lies the whole problem with KC but CA can not and will not ever be able to see that she has done anything wrong.

I can't blame all of KC's behavior on CA because even those who were never taught better don't live in a vacuum and know what society expects of them. But some of KC's issues did come from CA's issues.

Monkey see, monkey do....seems appropriate.

Right. I see it like this...she wants people to think that she is in denial. It makes her look better and she becomes the poor mother and grandmother that is so far in denial that she should be pitied. She also hopes that it will bolster KC's case if even her own mother thinks that Caylee is still alive and that KC is innocent.

Basically, she is making a fool out of herself but she thinks that she is playing her role to perfection. I blame that on the media who have given her every bit of the doubt and never came down hard on her or ask her the tough questions. Even allowing her to play the sympathy card to get out of it.

It's odd and delusional how allowing them to steal her money puts CA in a position of control in her mind, when in reality Cindy is NOT in control if she has to allow this to keep them there.

Snipped and BBM - Nah, it makes perfect sense. CA was the forgiving martyr/victim. They had wronged her and that gave her the upper hand. They had put her through so much, they had stolen from her, etc., but instead of turning them in (or seeking vengeance, punishment, etc.), she forgave them and held it over their heads. It's a form of mental abuse. You see it often in non-physical domestic violence. She used it to position herself as the benevolent dictator, so to speak.

I think the big secret was the fight about ICA stealing from CA and from her grandmother. I think CA is very concerned about what people think of her family (I know, it makes no sense), but I think she wanted to protect the image she had of a perfect, close, loving family. Denial works for all of us.:crazy::crazy::crazy:
