It appears that Casey was going through a lot of money that was not hers during the time she was dating Tony.
My question is WHY??? She even stoled from Amy. Why would you risk losing the friendship of someone?
I think she used that money to help TonE. Possibly pay his rent, ect. Besides gas for her car why did she need a lot of money? Supposedly she was cooking and cleaning at Tony's. I wonder who was buying the food? Was it her.
I just think Tony may have more information then he is willing to give out. A whole lot more, IMHO

I think Tony and his roomie thought she was making a decent salary at Universal. One or the other of them told the cops she would leave and tell them she was going to work. Or, she would tell them she was working from home.

I think they are both innocent. They just have bad taste in babes-- at least, once!

Hi y'all,

I've seen several posts mention that TonE, Casey's then bf when Caylee went missing, didn't want a child around; and therefore, it's been speculated that it was because of that that suddenly Caylee went missing and/or is deceased.

While, I agree, this does seem to be plausible but I was just wondering if this was fact or just theory (that TonE didn't want a child around)?

I've seen several posts on different threads on WS and also on other boards but I don't really recall seeing a link to provide any info where TonE or a friend of TonE's might've said that TonE didn't want to be in a relationship with a kid in it.

Maybe some of the other posters here might have more insight on this?

I have never seen anything more than speculation on this subject. LP talks about TonE's story regarding the car and if that story is to be believed, I'd say TonE was a decent guy, caring and thoughtful. Again, it's hearsay from LP who stated on one of the Nancy Grace shows early last week (Sep 1-5th, 2008).

Hey, if TonE doesn't talk, maybe he can get a million for spilling his guts - the whole money thing is twisted. Can KA collect money since she hasn't been found guilty of a crime? See? Here is what makes me curious.....when Casey was with Ricardo Caylee was around him all the time, even often spending the night in the same bed with Caylee and Ricardo.

Yet in Ricardos interview with LE he seemed stand-offish about having a young child around. Not that it sounded like he didn't like Caylee, just that he wasn't used to or exactly comfortable having a child around.

Casey starts hooking up with Tony and he only sees her 3 times? And Caylee NEVER spends the night there?

In Tonys interview with LE he seemed like he liked Caylee and that he was very comfortable with young children--having worked at childrens camps and having young neices and nephews.

Why did Casey feel like it was fine for Caylee to be around Ricardo and not Tony? You would think it would be the opposite.

the real target was in class or unavailable - ricardo attention on Caylee
wasnt a sore point but welcomed if he was entertaining her she didnt

What do we know about Casey's boyfriend Tony? I find it odd that a friend of his came forward for an interview, instead of Tony. His myspace was deleted way back when, and I don't think he is being investigated, I think he shows up on the affidavit, and was questioned briefly?

I would like to know more about him, and his connection with Casey. Does it seem like this guy is in hiding?

Does anyone else think Casey might have been dating both Tony and Jesse at the same time?

Since Tony was the one Casey was trying to get a hold of so desperately in jail, and Caylee spent considerable amount of time in Tony's apartment with Casey, it makes me wonder, why are we not hearing from Tony himself. I could be wrong but I have seen no media focus on him either.

Also, Tony was called in-between phone calls from Casey to her parents on June 16th, 2008. A call which hasn't told if whether or not they actually spoke on that day. To me it seemed more like Casey couldn't get a hold of Tony, so her brain went right to the next boy she thought of, which happened to be Jesse?

At this point in the case I am thinking that maybe the things that aren't being discussed have "everything" to do with this case, the things/people we may be hearing about constantly may have "nothing" to do with it. Things that have been hidden or concealed, including myspaces, comments, the people involved/players could be more involved than we think?

Could it be that the media, and LE conferences, and any other leaked info, is put in place to distract us in the case, so that we won't focus on what they already know happened, or can't be revealed since those following up on the case won't jeopardize the investigation that has been handled so strangely?

I tried to find a thread that was specific to information about Tony, but could not find one. I searched the web and could find almost nothing about him, aside from a few pics and his deleted myspace.

What does anyone here know about Tony Lazzaro, even if it has already discussed somewhere else on the board, I'm interested in putting all the facts about Tony together in this one thread. Links, Pics, Friends, Statements, Whereabouts etc.

There are two Tony's in the picture here.
One was Tony Lazarro in which she stayed with and then there was Tony ? the cop that got fired as he lied to the PD about having a relationship with Casey. This is the Tony that I am suspicious of as it was a REAL SECRET that they were involved and this would make sense for Casey to ask for him as he was a cop where she was in jail at?
Maybe we can start a thread on cop Tony too as I really don't think we have seen or heard any more about him since he was fired from OCSD... makes ya wonder huh?

IIRC on NG tonight Nate said neither he or TonE had talked or seen Casey since she was arrested.

I think TonE knows a lot more and hopefully, he has given this info to LE. I believe he is totally innocent, but I think he can clue LE into different facts... like did Casey have an odor on herself or her clothes when he picked her up at Amsco? Or had she just showered at Jesse's place and then gone back to her car? (crazy theory, I know).

Obviously, when she started moving in all her clothes on June 15, that is the key date. Hopefully he can remember how she was acting (oh, wait, yeah, that would be giddy and cheerful).

The fact that in his statement TonE said Casey suddenly volunteered, without being asked, all the Zanny info, as someone else said, too much sudden info is a sign of guilt/lie. That was right around June 15, I believe, either when Casey made the decision to kill Caylee or just after she had done it.

What would really get Casey's goat now is if pictures of TonE and a new girlfriend surfaced on the net. Someone's got to be consoling him during this, wouldn't you think?

I for one have not concluded that simply because Tony called the police, he is not involved. I don't think he has to talk to the press at this stage, but until I know more about him I'm not writing him out as possibly being involved. It just seems really weird to me that you are seriously dating a lady with a child, and you don't see that child for 1 month, and just assume she's with a nanny etc???? Why didn't he say "let's get caylee and do something today?". I mean really, 1 month, no kid, no questions???? I doubt he'd believe she was with a babysitter the whole month, and even if he did believe it, what did he think of Casey ditching her child for the month to party & sleep with him?

One, of many possibilities in my mind, is that Caylee died while they were partying, and he felt he was also responsible and would also be in trouble, so he assisted in getting rid of the body.

All above is IMO only.

1) They had only been dating a month
2) Casey told Tony that Caylee was with the nanny because her parents were fighting because of George cheating and she didn't want her around it. Remember? The whole "I'm gonna get the house" thing? So maybe he thought it was a temporary solution until Casey got the house.
3) Casey told him that Caylee was on vacation with the nanny for one of those weeks. So that leaves only three weeks that Tony would think Caylee was really in town, and since had had already met Caylee what- 3, 4, 5 times? (someone help me out on this one) That's not so odd. Once or twice a week to see your new girlfriend's child is not that odd, to me. Especially since Tony was in school full time, at Fusian at night, Casey was supposedly at work, and Caylee also had time supposedly divided with her grandparents.

So I really don't see it as odd at all, In fact, my sister didn't introduce her daughter to her new boyfriend (who years later, is now her fiancee) until they had been together for five months. She had lunch dates, or she just waited until her daughter was in bed once or twice a week while my mom came over to babysit. Yeah, it took a long time for my sister to get to know her fiancee, but not everyone wants their kid to get attached/involved with a guy when they don't know where the relationship is going, or they want to make sure they know the guy that they're bringing their kid around.

My point is, maybe Tony just thought it was okay.

Also, I don't find it odd that Tony isn't talking to the media. If he WERE talking to the media, I wonder how many people would accuse him of trying to get in the spotlight, or cash in (as has been said about Kristina recently, or JP)

And regarding Tony calling LE- I don't find that odd either, though I don't automatically assume it clears him. But it's not just Tony that called LE on his own- he encouraged other friends to call and tell what they knew.

I think it is better that Tony called LE on his own. If he had something to hide, wouldn't he try to not talk to the police? He is probably embarrassed that he had anything to do with that psycho.

Perhaps he is a witness for the prosecution and has been advised by counsel or otherwise not to speak to media? I don't think it's that unusual.

Let me ask you this? IF you were in a group that was using illegal drugs, illicit sexual behaviors, and perhaps MORE that was on the south side of the LAW, wouldn't you be quiet and hope that they did not look into YOU too much because of your association with Casey?

I understand also the guys not questioning where Caylee was according to KC, but IIRC KC friends thought she was a great mom, wouldn't the guys think it a little odd that KC would not have had cell phone communication with Caylee throughout the day just keeping in touch ie. "mommy misses you, are you being good. "goodnight" if anything to keep up her great mommy skills appearance she obviously liked to use the cell phone why weren't some of her calls w/her child even if Caylee's speech is limited for her age you think she would want her child to hear her voice imo

T. the cop....IMO only... came to light as a result of that phone call she made from the jail the night she spoke to her brother and requested the phone number. Do we know what phone number she was given during that phone call??? If so that number might be able to be researched to see who it actually belongs to. I am very suspicious of T. the cop!!
