Casey Anthony attorney: Judge Perry has 'clear bias'

I just re-read the Order from HHJP and CM's Motion and I think he is losing it. No where does it actually say that KC indicated the conference room was her office and the judge did mention the conversation between Office Fletcher and KC at Sawgrass which was along the lines of looking for a missing child.

And no one from LE ever said KC was handcuffed during her ride to look at Sawgrass, that was JB when he was questioning Yuri. Yuri says he did not know KC had been handcuffed. So the judge is basing his decision on what LE all seem to agree to and have backed up reports on vs. what defense says KC said happened. Ofc. BE claims he never touched KC but walked behind her on entering the home. The A's testimony differs and they admit they were unsure because they were very upset. Only one person can say LE is lying and that would have to be KC. So the judge would have to believe what was said in open court and what is documented not what KC wrote down on a piece of paper. Defense has no proof KC was physically escorted back into the home and certainly not enough to claim the judge is biased.

I really think the man is losing it. jmo

CM needs to step back and take a good look at himself. He appears as a big bag of wind, coasting on his wins from once upon a time. If he is that hard-of-hearing, confused and clueless to modern technology, then he is clearly unfit. He should prove his claims of age-related physical/mental slow responses by retiring. He should do the honorable thing and get out, off the case, and find his "fun" elsewhere. If anything, HHBP has been more than lenient with his "good old bud" Cheney.
The brazenly crude behavior of another of ICA's clueless defense attorneys has gone unpunished till now. Ignorance is not bliss in a court of law.
The HHBP has been more than tolerant of this DT and their deliberate delaying tactics. Had I been up there, I would have been treating them as if they were attack dogs and put them on a short leash so they would behave.

CM's performance so far has reminded me of F. L. Bailey in the Simpson trial. Bailey came into that trial well respected with a good reputation. Before it was over, the other team members were having to tap dance around his incompetencies. He was a total embarrassment in the courtroom and more than difficult to deal with outside the courtroom.

He was disbarred later (for things unrelated to OJ) but, F. Lee Bailey's famous cross-examination of Fuhrman is considered by many to have been the key to Simpson's acquittal. CM doesn't have near the "talent" that F. Lee Bailey had.
