Casey Anthony could be going back to jail At ANY moment

Any time she spends in jail works for me. She should be in without bail for losing her baby and not co-operating to find her, but whatever she gets works at this point.

Does anyone know if the bond will be a small or large amount?

Is this normal? I mean do "regular" people keep getting re-arrested like this? Is she going to be re-arrested everytime another check clears?

Well had she not been bailed out twice, she would have been in jail this whole time while the charges kept being added. That's the only reason she is going from being in jail to being free because people keep bailing her out.

LE isn't doing anything bad. They charge her as they get more evidence to build on that particular charge. They have to be very careful before charging her so the state's case doesn't dissolve due to technical errors on the part of LE. Which also might explain why murder charges haven't been filed yet. LE is trying to dot their i's and cross their t's.

It seems foolish to continually bail KC out of jail...she is a safety hazard to the rest of the family when she is staying there and a drain on LE which she likes to use as personal security.

I just checked the Orange County Clerk website and no new charges have been officialy filed. The last charges were filed on 09/04 for the incidents involving Amy. I guess they are soon to come?

I wonder how quickly the website shows the charges. When I have checked here in Virginia there have been lapses of a week sometimes! Maybe we have slacker court employees!

Isn't LE arresting her on these petty crimes that yield hardly any jail time going to make the public even madder that they aren't arresting her on murder charges? It gives me a nasty taste in my mouth.

Personally I think the new charges are coming from BOA and Target both of which said they were going to press charges via the fraud affadavit on 9/3. They probably took longer to file charges b/c they are corporations and have to put everything through their attorneys etc. JMO but I think that is what's going down... I could be totally wrong but it makes sense in my mind lol.

Don't know if that's just the writer speculating or if there is a source...writer doesn't elaborate on who exactly has "said" that...

My mom had a person that got in trouble for writing bad checks they were giving time to clear it up....not arrested...they didn't clear it up and wrote more, they were arrested 1 time f or like 20 different checks....I remember hearing that this wasn't normal for her to keep getting arrested on these charges....so I hope OSCO is doing the right thing and it doesn't jepordize when she finally does go to trial....I've seen that kinda crap happen down here..

Writing bad checks is not the same thing as writing someone elses checks. Casey was arrested because Amy pressed charges against her. The second round of charges for checks hit while Casey was in jail. For all of those, she has posted bond. However, we still have AT&T, BOA, etc., etc. who can also press charges.
