Is anyone checking the jail? A while ago a car left the Anthony house. Maybe Baez is taking Casey in this time. Remember last time he raised a stink because he said he would bring her in? Anyway, just saying there may not be a scene at the house this time. Or maybe he will bring her in in the morning. Keep your eyes on the jail site to see if she is in there.

I've been checking and nothing..although it takes HOURS for it to show up. What kind of car was it? I seriously doubt if LE is going to bow down to Baez and tell him anything about their plans on charging Casey. They could have seen it on NG though like the rest of us..and he could be taking her just in case...

That I do not know..I know the last time it was revoked b/c being arrested on new charges broke the provisions of the bond via the Surety Co. in TX. I don't know the provisions of the new Surety Company.

No, Padilla and his team pulled out of the last bond, but from my understanding, if they arrest her again, she will have to post a new bond for the new charges against her..I imagine if they get her tonight, she will have to stay overnight for processing and to wait on bond..

If Casey is re-arrested she better understand LE isn't playing any sick game with her & that this is for real!

I hope she gets put in gen population / I'm sure the other inmates will just love her new shades!!! NOT!!!!!

I went back and looked at what she was arrested for last time. 6 charges.

Fraud3 affidavit was for case #08-085031. Which is for check #143 for $137.77 to Target. 3 charges
Utterting a forged check Bond $1000
Petit theft of $100 or Mor Bond $100
Fraud use of Personal ide Bond $150

And
Fraud4 affidavit, Case 08-0866667. Check #144 to Target for $155.47.
3 charges, the same as Fraud3. Totalling 6.

She hasn't been charged for ALL the known checks yet. Or the AT&T electronic check. That is four more. So the new charges can come from any of those. Or totally different ones.

In the blog he writes he states bones were found that day, and he was told they were 99% sure they were animal bones. I guess that defeats theories people thought they stopped searching due to finding Caylee.

I've looked at that 100 times and got thrown off b/c all the checks are listed. I didn't realized they didn't charge her with every one. So there is 1 more target check, 1 Winn Dixie, AT&T e-check, and the bank of America check left. I as thinking all of the Target checks were done and the Winn Dixie.. WOW thanks for making me re-look at the docs.

LE has arrested her twice so I am sure there will be no problem to arrest her one more time. But it's getting quite ridiculous if bailed out again.Hopefully she will face more serious charges soon than fraud or child neglect.
